This is such a tiny post office it should only exist for people who have a PO Box. It should not be considered an actual post office. It is open for less than one hour a day tho I’m sure they get paid for a full day. Avoid this post office at all cost. I had issues the entire time I lived in Wasola with them and even when I considerately and kindly expressed my concerns with this post office and it’s workers, the person I spoke with had the audacity to pretend my issues were a simple opinion of mine and argued that it couldn’t possibly be true. Just ridiculous customer service and just cuz it’s a small town where everyone knows each other seems to make them think they can do whatever they want! It’s crazy! Go through Willow Springs directly and avoid this one at all cost. I’m SO glad I don’t have to put up with the incompetence of this post office anymore! Your mail doesn’t go to Ava first just so you know it goes from Willow Springs to Wasola for some reason so don’t go to Ava either for any issues. I’m sorry to write this review but others need to know this is not the post office to use. Gainesville is close and has PO Boxes as well, use that post office
