Don't ever use the line to renew your script. I have tried this many times and never works. Says there is nothing in the system when I call to make sure it's there to pick up because many times I go and I have to get out of line and wait because still not ready when it says it is. I'm in no way a drug abuser but feel treated as one. My scripts are never on time or the exact day it's due which sometimes it's hard especially when I'm out of town or at my mother's house taking care of her and that is an hour away. I also am allergic to other meds so I'm limited on what I can take and this gets frustrating. They don't understand my medical issues and they are more than welcome to speak to my doctors if they feel need to. The stress this place gives doesn't help but makes my situation worse. I just want to be treated normal and people be understanding. I can say Vallory and Jonathan have been the most helpful and treat me with respect. I don't care for the ones how aren't understanding and seem to give a smart allect reply to everything. They are not me and don't have my medical conditions to be able to judge.

I have used this pharmacy in the past with minor issues. My only issue is being lied to by the person checking us out. We were told they only had 2 out of my 4 meds and others come in by truck the next day. (No big deal, understandable) But when asked if we could just have the prescription for other 2 send to a walgreens closer to home she stated "wait I can get you them filled". Sounds odd to me but now we're having to miss sons last track meet of the year having to wait longer for them to fill when they should've been done with the others. Poor service all around today. Definitely has gone down hill.

I have used this pharmacy for pretty much my whole life. The staff at the pharmacy are very kind. They make sure I get all of the discounts possible. When I went in there last week with congestion and nasal issues, I was going to buy some meds and the Lady behind the cash register made sure to ask the other Pharmacist if that’s the medicine he would recommend to me for my issues and he confirmed that what I was buying was the best medicine for my symptoms. They were both very kind and helpful. I’m not use to employees reaching out to me and making sure I’m getting quality service and quality products. Much appreciated. I will continue to use this pharmacy for all of my scripts and otc needs as well.

Has completely lost professionalism and organization. Customer service is lousy. I used to love some of the workers who could help me actually fill my prescription. The last time I was there I watched the whole back search for my prescription that was lost. The manager said” it happens. We do 100 prescriptions a day.” I e never seen a controlled substance get lost the way it did that day… it was found in the managers safe apparently. I have gone to Walgreens for 17 years for my prescriptions and after the horrible service this year and the manager not being understanding or finding solutions to my issues, it’s time to say goodbye to Walgreens. Prescriptions are being transferred as we speak.

This pharmacy is the most rudest people in Washington. All I wanted to know is what my strength was on magic mouth wash and when itll be ready. I'm going through rough chemo that gave me tons of mouth sores and can barely talk or drink water with the extreme pain. They said well call you when it's done, all other pharmacies will at least give me a rough estimate. We live half hour away it would've been nice to know how long I had to wait but they made me so mad with there snobby remarks I left and I'll just take oxy every 4 hours which is a lot worse on my body than some numbing mouthwash. I'm bringing this up to a district manager hopefully theyll be more respectful. Last time I'll ever go to Washington's pharmacy.

My prescription was supposed to be ready at 3:30 Friday afternoon, after calling the refill in at 2. I showed up at 5:30 after taking my daughter to the doctor, only to find out they wouldn't refill it without talking to the doctor, who was now closed. So my daughter can't get her medicine until Monday. They said they didn't call to tell me because I didn't authorize calls on my daughters account, then said they didn't call because they do 10-12,000 scripts a day and are way too busy for that, then they told me they aren't allowed to call for that, then told me the system never told them they needed to call. Asked if my other child's 2 meds were ready and they said yes. I got home and there was only 1 med in the bag. When I called they told me the doctor never sent it over, even tho 10 minutes earlier they said yes when I asked if the TWO were ready. Also, for people without insurance, Walmart and target are much cheaper and more willing to find you discounts.
