I was a first time customer but now I will be a forever customer! I assumed I had an issue with my transmission, but I wasn’t sure. The guys had me bring my car in for a test drive & they determined it is in fact the transmission. They don’t do transmission work, but referred me to a place they trust. They didn’t charge me a cent to check my car out, which was more than appreciated!! Thank you for such wonderful customer service!

After trying to get my car to pass an inspection at a different shop, with different "issues" popping up everytime.. I took my car to purcell and they handled everything at once and got me back on the road! Highly recommend and appreciate the service here at Purcell!!

Took my mercury in for an oil change and new tires, came out with multiple new issues such as barely starting, it's telling me to check my brake system AND to top it off, when I shift gears it kicks a lot.
