My main RV AC unit went out on July 3rd. I knew they would be closed on the 4th as they should be. I called and left a message to get on the schedule. Before 9am on the 5th Jay called and said that he had a replacement on the truck and would come to my camper and check if he could fix my current one. Well it was junk and he promptly replaced with a new one. Before 11 am. This will be my go to guy from now on. Great service.

We have been dealing with Dan’s RV for 10+ years, had an a/c unit installed in one day, bought many things over the years, and today, Stephanie gave us a good deal on a dovetail utility trailer. She is always pleasant, helpful, and very knowledgeable. It’s just a plus to have both her and Jay in our area.

Really enjoyed our recent trip to Dan's. We drove from Osage Beach and was not disappointed! Not only were the people friendly but also very helpful. We were surprised at the selection and prices in the store especially the Unique brand (great for toilet/tanks) Will definitely be back ??

We messed around with a thermostat issue for almost 5 months with another local RV repair service. Finally learned our lesson and called Dan's. They fixed our problem the next day in an hour and a half. Will definitely call again if needed!

Dan's RV saved Memorial day weekend for us. Our RV converter went out and they could have just sold us one. But they went above and beyond to make sure we had the correct one that would work ! Now that's customer service! In about an hour we were back in business, holiday weekend saved. Thank You Dan's RV
