We waited for 10 minutes at the window to watch the back of the pharmacy tech while she was on a phone call. Not a "hi there, I will be right with you" or a "1 sec" finger. She never even made eye contact. There was one other visible employee working the inside desk - also never turning around. Five minutes later when the window attendant did turn around and speak with us, our script that was supposed to be ready a couple hours earlier was not ready. We live far away so this was an important pick up for my family member who is undergoing cancer treatments. I understand this job can be a grind but there is no replacement for friendly customer service even if you have to wait longer than you expect.

I have been getting the same prescription here for over a year. Finally fed up with having to argue almost every time to get the same thing I got the last time. And the time before that. Every time they tell me I can't get the generic. Insurance doesn't cover it. Even though multiple times before I have done it. We go round and round and finally somebody competent gets it figured out. I ask what needs to be done so that doesn't happen again. They say they put it in the system and it will be fine. Next time, same exact problem. I'd rather go without allergy meds and just not be able to breathe than deal with this anymore. Save yourself time and do not get scripts sent here.

Went to try to get my wife's blood pressure medicine as a last resort because our normal pharmacy couldn't get it in time and we were desperate. They told me 20 minutes. Almost 5 HOURS later. I called to check because I was tired of wasting gas driving to and from for them to tell me another 20 minutes. When I got in to the person on the phone then she finally said it'd be ready before I got there. Seriously 5 HOURS? And while I was there I saw them turn people away who had been told their prescription was already ready and that it needed to be fixed and they would have to return the next day. Don't know what they have going in their back but they either need a serious overhaul or to be shut down.

It's like pulling teeth to get my prescriptions here, I've never had this problem anywhere else. However they have one nice pharmacist that I can't tell tries her best so that extra star is for her.

Poorest excuse for a pharmacy. Got told to wait 20 minutes and came in and wasn't ready then got told 15 minutes and came and still wasnt ready. Get it together people.

Just went to get a script for my son for an anti-nausea. They would have charged almost $70 for 10 pills. Went to Walmart got the same script for $14. Not the first time to encounter the prescription money greed at Walgreens. I am not impressed with this company and will not be using them for anything in the future.

I waited in line 25 minutes for a 2 minute transaction. The pharmacy appeared to be short staffed and a customer who needed help filling out documents occupied the time of the only person at the window. . Seems like there could be a better way of helping customers who need more assistance while not forcing others to wait unnecessarily?

This pharmacy is very unprofessional. I’ve been trying to get a prescription for over a week now. When I dropped it off I was told they would have it the next day and they would call me. I never received a call so I went ahead and waited in a 30 minute line just for them to tell me they didn’t have it! The lady at the window took my info again and said it should be here the next day and they would call. STILL NO CALL! So I reluctantly went back up the next day and waited in an hour long line. When I got to the window I was told yet again they didn’t have the prescription. The lady even asked for my information again! So I gave her my info again and she said they will call when it comes in. Three days later I have to call myself and the lady says “oh yeah your prescription is here”. Why did I not get a call?!?!? Sorry but I expect a little more professionalism from a pharmacy and I will NEVER be coming back to Walgreens for any Rx. I will be sticking to CVS thank you.

Waited in the pharmacy drive through for over an hour with only 5 cars in front of me. This pharmacy needs to hire more people to help their demand. When I finally got to the 2nd car the car in front of me AT THE WINDOW waited 20min before pharmacist even began to help her. I don't mind waiting and I can be patient but this service is by far the worst I have experienced. Not sure if I'll be using this location in the future if this is the type of service they have.

Went for COVID-19 testing and had am appointment and told they couldn't do the test today as my appointment was tomorrow after I had an email showing otherwise and had an hour plus wait through drive thru.
