I appreciate the options offered; in-store, drive-thru or delivery.I received a text when they received my prescription, began filling it, and when it was ready.The app is also super user friendly and provides reminders for refilling and even taking daily medications.In person, this store [#11307 | Warrensburg, MO]& its members have always treated me with respect; they’ve never made me feel rushed or been too busy to assist me with questions.I transferred from Walgreens and won’t be going back.

I love this CVS. It brings back memories of the small town pharmacy I went to with my grandmother. As soon as I walk in they say "Hello Mary!" They are also familiar with my medical conditions. They never leave things open ended, If there is any problem with insurance or getting through to my doctor, they go above and beyond. I trust them. II am an anxious person, Ibrahim gave me my vaccines last year and was awesome! I felt safe. If you all are reading this Warrensburg CVS, thank you and I love you all!

My wife had surgery and her prescription was sent to the wrong cvs we got to this one 5 minutes before closing and the pharmacist called the other cvs and was able to get the pain meds my wife needed. We were there after closing. He then was able to get the rest of her meds transferred as well. This is the best customer service I’ve received at a cvs.

Embarrassingly small. Way over priced like talk about price gouging. Does not carry deodorant. Not sure why they even bother opening or who even keeps them in business.

Richard has always gone out of his way to find us discounted prices for expensive prescriptions. Employees there are very friendly and helpful

The people that work there are so rude. Dropped 3 prescriptions off today to be told they are out of one of them. Went to summers across the street to get the amoxicillin. Went back to cvs to get attitude. Will continue to go to summers from now on. Also, they have no idea how to put insurance in.

If I had a choice I would put zero stars, this is the absolute worse pharmacy they close earlier then they say they are going to close on a Saturday. They get prescriptions on Fridays and didn't fill them until we called about them on Saturday then closed earlier then the written sign in the window so couldn't get the prescription. And closed on Sundays.

CVS charged me twice as much for a prescription that another pharmacy charged me. You'd think a larger corporation would have better pricing than a smaller pharmacy charges.

Have been reading some of the negative reviews on here, I have never had any issues with this place, been filling my prescriptions here for five months now ever since I moved to the area. When I first got here I did not yet have prescription insurance, my doctors office recommended CVS because they are helpful with finding the right discount card, and they were. All three of my doctor's offices warned against using the Warrensburg Walmart pharmacy, especially for controlled substance prescriptions, everyone I know that has used them has hated it, but they have nothing bad to say about this CVS either. Every time I have ordered a refill or had a new prescription sent in it has been ready within 24 hours, most times the very same day. The staff and pharmacist have always been friendly and helpful, the only time I have observed them be less than polite to a customer was only after that customer had been rude to them. It is not the employees fault that the company they work for bought out Aetna, if someone is rude to them because of that then they deserve rude treatment back. The only negative experience I've had is with the automated system continuing to ask about wanting automatic refills after declining the option multiple time.

Don't waste your time at this place. Will not answer the phone. Never have your prescription ready or the right prescription ready. Constant struggle and never seem to get better.
