I have come in multiple times for international wire transfers and international currency conversions for a trip to Japan, and the staff have always been personable and helpful. Sometimes my requests would be a little complicated, but they always were more than happy to work with me and make things work. Lisa and Michael are especially great and knowledgeable, and this branch seems to be bringing on new hires who are fantastic.

Close to my home but the last three visits I’ve waited in the drive through lane for over 20minutes. Today it was thirty minutes and there were only three cars. One teller handing all drive through and walk in clients. I wanted to allow for a bad day two but called my husband and said, it’s time to change banks.

Clear your schedule for the day, because this place takes forever!!! Short staffed and chaotic. They also use hidden fees like $3 monthly paper statement or $6 Fraud monitoring. Beware and watch for these charges to your account. However, there are some employees who are helpful and friendly.

Everyone i have had the pleasure of working with have always been respectful, kind, knowledgeable, friendly and go out of their way to make me feel like a VIP.
