Called in and ordered a new key fob with a specific part number and was told it would be delivered on Friday. I was also informed programming would be $30 for the fob and a bit extra if I needed a key cut. Showed up today and figured we were good to go during service. An hour and a half later my truck is done and when I get ready to pay it is the wrong key fob. NOT the specific model I ordered for a reason. Surprise surprise. Parts guy came in and said he was the one who I talked to and he ordered the one assigned to my Vin, NOT the one I requested. Surprise Surprise Again!! Wasted time and wasted money because people can't follow instructions. The model I requested had 1 extra feature on it my stock one did not, hence the specific part number. I already have the extra feature enabled on my truck and just needed the fob. I threw the fob and key in the trash in the bay because it serves no purpose for what I am doing.
It is pathetic that people can not follow simple instructions in this day and age.
I will not return to this place or recommend anyone looking to customize their vehicle utilize this dealer.
Now I get to order a new fob online and program it myself like I should have in the first place.

Kenny did an amazing job finding my Jeep and he was able to get it from Wisconsin for me in just a day or two. When I was ready to buy he had everything ready to go so I could get in and out quickly. All features of my new car were demonstrated to me which I so appreciated. This is my third car purchased from the dealership so I only have good things to say. The concierge service is a great service that they offer and I’ll be sure to use it when the time comes. Outstanding customer service!

Fast and friendly service, they were able to squeeze me in last minute for a service. Always buy here and maintain here.
The only thing different this time was that my oil change and tire rotation was 130.00 and not my normal 70.00 not sure why
