Took the truck in for 20,000 mile check up. I was expecting to be told that this was wearing or that was bad. Nope, notta, nothing. was not pushed into buying anything. Staff was professinal.

We had an excellent experience when purchasing our 2020 Ford Edge. Gloria, our sales rep, was knowledgeable on all aspects of the vehicle sale. My husband had talked to Gloria on the phone a few days prior to our purchase and she remembered all the details of that conversation and what we were looking for. Working with Gloria certainly helped convince us to deal with Barnes-Baker. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We are enjoying our new vehicle!!

Wouldn't negotiate on price at all. If it wasn't the exact truck I was wanting there was no way in hell I would have bought it from them. Set up at time to close on the truck and had no paperwork ready to top it off, they couldn't even fill the truck up with fuel. Left it on E for me to take home
