“I called to see if they had an item in stock I had seen on the website. The woman checked and said they had one. I told her great, confirmed their hours and said we'd see them shortly. When we arrived a couple hours later we didn't see it. So we asked the man behind the counter who couldn't find it either. I mentioned I'd called and confirmed it was in stock. He checked and the thoughtful co- worker had set it aside for us!! She didn't ask my name or tell me, just didn't want us to be disappointed. The store is twice the size compared to how it looks from the outside. They had products from women-owned and family-owned brands that each has their own story. Everything from self care, home goods, gifts, and decorations were available to choose from.
I would go back! I went in thinking “I shouldn’t buy anything – I’m just looking!” I left the boutique with 2 products I didn’t know existed and definitely have to gift. Thank you, Kristin and Kathleen!”
