Called to have my Tiffin diesel motorhome serviced. Dropped it off at 8:00 am and picked it up at 1:00 pm. They changed fuel filter, oil & filter, greased and did a complete inspection of the under carriage. Price was fair. Service department was very professional. If in this area Highly recommend using them. They are a Freightliner chassis certified shop.

Fuel line cracked. Had them try an service my truck on the highway. Couldn't fix it there so had it towed to thier shop. I spent two days in Motel 8 while they tried but made it worse. More $$ needed. Had to come get it ourselves an tow back home. Had it fixed near home.

Short Version: The team at Harmon Truck is the best. If you need help with your truck, call them now!
Long Version: My Class C RV broke down bad right at 5pm in Missouri. I found Harmon on Google and called them, thinking nobody would answer due to the end-of-the-day timing. To my great surprise, not only did they pick up the phone, but Jason patiently helped me (after work hours) get an initial diagnosis of the problem and a develop a plan to get our dead-in-the-water RV to their shop.
We ended up stranded in Missouri for 10 days, and the Harmon team couldn't have been more accommodating. They explained each step in the process and, despite the news getting worse and worse as the RV's problems were uncovered, helped me keep my head on straight and efficiently work through the challenges. Shannon served as an excellent touchpoint through the process and kept me in the loop throughout, which I was really thankful for during such a stressful time.
Bobby, the primary mechanic who fixed our RV, is a straight up warrior! He persevered through days of tireless effort trying to deal with our never-seen-before issue and, through it all, kept us in mind trying to find the efficient path to solutions, minimizing the financial toll of our situation.
The folks at Harmon put humanity first and care about their customers. Jason has built a business based on honesty and recruited a team of good-hearted people who show compassion for each other and people in need. I wish there were more businesses like Harmon Truck!

WORST EXPERIENCE. THEY WILL RIP OFF ALL YOUR MONEY.DO NOT GO THERE OR CALL THEM.YOU COULD HAVE TO SELL YOUR TRUCK TO PAY THEIR BILLS.FIRST THESE GUYS DID NOT TOUCH THE TRUCK FOR 3 HOURS.THEN THEY CHARGED USD 300 FOR TAKING THE TRUCK INTO THE SHOP AND SEPARATE USD 300 FOR BRINGING THE TRUCK OUT OF THEIR SHOP.THEN USD 400 FOR DIAGNOSIS.THEY DID NOTHING TO THE TRUCK AND RAISED THEIR HANDS FINALLY AND CHARGED USD 2500 FOR 8 HOURS KEEPING THE TRUCK IN THEIR SHOP.CROOKS AND THIEVES ARE THERE.DO NOT TRUST THEM.FALSE PROMISESDO NOT GO THERE AT ALL. BETTER TO TOW YOUR TRUCK TO DEALERSHIP.

I was in a pinch after a less than stellar experience last week at a truck dealer attempting to get what I thought was a rotor and pads replaced on my Newell. Shannon got me squeezed in and they really did a great job all the way around on the repairs.

We were on our way to Colorado for the summer from Florida and made a stop in Eureka MO. Our RV was leaning to the right while in travel mode. We tried different fix ourselves and finally came up that likely the travel leveling valves needing replacement. Since we were new in the RV life style and this was our first trip, we decided to call various RV and truck repair shops. Some were even reputable but NO ONE was willing to help us or will not touch an RV. We looked for the leveling valves but only found one in the store. Anyway, we replaced the valve to the right and just when we thought it was balancing, the lean got worst and it was scary. Finally, my husband called Great Escapes RV - closed to the six flags in Eureka. They said they can do it but it will take a few weeks. We couldn’t drive more than 5 miles, but we made it since we were only about a couple of miles away. When we got to Great Escapes RV, they didn’t even want to talk to us. We couldn’t leave the parking lot and so we begged and said we were willing to wait and return whenever the RV is fixed. Great escape was firm not to help us. The manager even said that none of their mechanics know what they’re doing- most only have been in training for three weeks. He said, “if I were you, I’ll go elsewhere.” So, we called many more shops and finally my husband got a hold of Jason (I think that’s his name) from Harmon. Jason said that they were busy and gave us more shops to call that were much closer to where we were. After many hours, we called him back and begged. He understood our situation and I think he felt bad for us. He told us to bring the RV there. We got a tow truck to bring the RV there. It took them a day to fix it and had to order another leveling valve. We kinda knew how long it would take to get it done if they can figure it out; and we had no problem paying the price. Harmon was fair and honest- that’s all I can say. Some people think that it doesn’t take long to fix something, but that is if you already know what’s wrong with the system. The class A RV is very complicated. I think that’s the reason why most shops don’t want to help. But to me, most of these RV and truck shops are making false advertisement. Bottom line, we appreciate the help and great customer service that we received from Harmon.

Felt like we were completely taken advantage of. On family vacation, our truck broke down. had it towed to Harmon's Sun night. They got it in at 3pm Mon afternoon. They got one part at 5pm closing time, nothing done Mon. Started working on it at 10am Tues, changed out starter (20 min job. I literally had it off and in my hand on the side of the highway within 2 minutes on Sunday with very basic tools), changed fuel filter (10 min job tops), could not find the problem. We were told at 4pm by the owner they stopped working on it. Charged us $1135 for ALOT of standing around (we watched everything, they did ALOT of nothing, but charged us for it anyway) for a vehicle that's in worse condition now than it was when we brought it in. Got a ride home, arrived at 5am, got a call Wed morning from Harmons asking when we're coming to get our truck, neighbors were complaining. Harmon's parked it in their lot, not us. Just a BS call from Harmons to get us out of there. I drove a semi with flatbed to get it on Thurs (2am start, 6+ hour drive). Trailer blew a brake chamber. I got it to Harmon's. They got right on it, torched off the old chamber (took over 2 hours, was a 15 min job because they did it in the parking lot. I watched 6 different people walk out, look at the Mechanic working on it, turn around and go back inside), said they don't have the part, and couldn't get it until Friday some time. Ended up capping it off just so I could leave, charged my company $277. So two vehicles at a "truck repair shop", neither got repaired, charged me $1412+, AWESOME ?. Top it off, the owner, Jason, had the balls to tell me that he gave me "a HUGE, INSANE break on price on my truck because they felt bad for us. SERIOUSLY? U didn't fix ANYTHING!!! Unless u have ALOT of money to throw away to a company of people that literally stand around scratching their heads all day while charging u, just to have a vehicle in their shop, then DO NOT go to Harmon's.100% RIP OFF ARTIST!!!
