Bought 2 E bikes about 2 years ago (sportsman’s) 1 of them has been great although has only been on asphalt which was my dads and mine stopped working after a 2 mile ride into changing trail cameras after only putting 11 miles on it with an error30 code. No one seemed to be able to figure this code out. They did send me some replacement parts to try (new display screen, new control buttons, and motor over a few months) and the same code was coming up. Was in touch pretty regularly at first trying to work through the problems, once I was waiting for the motor to arrive I had some unfortunate family events where my focus went away from this problem. I recently got back to it and reached back out to them about how the motor also has not worked and just asked a simple question as if the bike is generic enough to take to an E bike shop around my location so maybe they can look at it but still have not received any response. Most likely this just became too much of a hassle with no solution and is now just my problem so it is what it is but won’t give a 1 star because customer service all around could have been worse and was good at first but I guess ongoing problems just get pushed to the side and forgot about over time.

When I went in to buy a Bad Boy mower sale went great then I mowed my almost 1 acre and it looked great 2nd time I was showing my wife how to start properly and put the PTO engaged the right way , when she engaged the PTO the belt slipped and came off of the pulley so I put the belt on again and this time I engaged the PTO and the belt did the same thing except this time it had a bad cut in it so I had to cut the belt off the rest of the way and so it figured no big deal I will just call Coffman and make sure they had the belt and to my surprise they did not have the belt and they want to charge me for the belt after just buying this 3 weeks ago and using it one time so I told the person that answered the phone I would just bring it back and they could keep it and I didn’t want this mower any longer then he said well I will give you this belt for free but the next time he would have to pay for it I was like well shouldn’t have this mower have been gone through and made sure the tensioner pulley and everything was good to go before it was brought to my house which they did deliver for free but I kind of feel like they should have delivered it for free for the 3600 I paid for it but whatever , anyways it’s called them on Friday and they did not have the belt said he could order it for me but it wouldn’t be in until Monday or possibly Tuesday, now I get the fact that these belts on these Bad Boy mowers hardly ever mess up or break but that does not mean that it won’t , because it did on mine , I just don’t appreciate the run around and definitely would have gone somewhere else if I would have known I was going to have this much trouble getting the correct belt because the only way you can find the correct belt is through them no parts stores have them , just very disappointed I bought local for a reason now I wish I would have gone to a better dealer out of town because the young man that answered the phone was a douche and has no idea about respecting people that spend that kind of money because the only thing I did was buy it from did no work on it before starting it which I should have cause it’s obvious they didn’t at Coffman but why should they with such a good product right?

I bought a Coffman Outdoors Ridgeline bike and after the initial purchase and 50 miles or so I was happy as could be. The customer service was great at first and I praised this company, the bike, and Justin Berti on tons of posts asking for recommendations on e-bikes.Then my battery starting going downhill. It would only get 15 miles or so on a full charge and I’m not in rough terrain and I’m pedaling on pedal assist 2-3 in 3rd gear 80% of the time and full throttle the rest of the time. My buddy gets 30 miles on his same battery with full throttle 100% of the time.After talking to Justin he agreed that it wasn’t normal and he’d look into seeing what he could do. Three months later still hadn’t heard back. Finally after voicing my displeasure on a post online he messaged me, telling me I was childish, and told me to ship the battery back at my expense (about $35). I asked for them to email me a return shipping label and I’d send it back but I felt it was ridiculous for me to have to pay to ship a warranty item back.I guess all my praise for them wasn’t appreciated enough to take care of their customers who actually go out of their way for them to bring them more business because they refuse to send me a return shipping label. I was about to order a mid drive bike but after that experience I’ll be buying elsewhere.

Recently bought our second bike from Coffman’s , absolutely awesome service from there staff and can’t say enough about the quality of there bikes no doubt you’ll be happy when you get yours.

Justin at Coffman was exceptional! He took the time to tell us everything about the Bad Boy Maverick and HD options. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend Coffman to anyone looking for a new mower.Now, to talk about the Maverick HD we ended up purchasing. Ladies, if you're the one who mows in your family like me, you should definitely look into this machine. We don't necessarily need the HD version, but we went with it to get the upgraded seat. Sit on one and you'll understand what I mean. If you have a chest, or back problems, you will love this mower! The seat has a TON of suspension to where you don't feel any of the bumps or gopher holes in your yard. You can cruise along at a pretty good speed and not worry about discomfort or pain. Seriously, check into this mower for yourself!

I went online and bought a new big dog zero turn from them. I was so excited to get it that I drive the 2 hours to get it the same day without informing them I was on my way. They thought I would be there in 2 days. Well when I arrived they were very happy to help me and rushed to get my mower cleaned up and ready to go. Then even in the freezing cold he was more than happy to go over every detail on my mower from maintenance to the features of it. I am beyond pleased with my purchase and the amazing customer service. I highly recommend them to anybody who needs the service or sales. Well worth the 2 hour drive
