We just closed on the sale of our house last week and are beyond thankful we had Jess as our real estate agent! Throughout the process, we had one issue after another come up (on the buyers end, nothing with our agent) and Jess helped guide us and support us the entire way. She was truly was our advocate and always kept us informed-we trusted her advice and never had to wonder what was going on. We are so glad we chose to use Jess and without a doubt will use her again in the future, and will refer her to anyone we know who needs an agent. True Roots Real Estate is wonderful! I lived in Atlanta & was looking for a home in the St. Louis area. Jessie Humphries & Nicole Crader made me custom searches & alerts of homes for sale, and took me on virtual walk-throughs of properties, until we found my dream home in old St. Charles, MO. They worked with the seller & local contractors to ensure the property was inspected & fixed up as needed. They did all of the paperwork and sent documents for me to sign electronically & securely, all while I was still in Georgia! When I arrived in town, they did the final walk-through with me, & guided me through closing. True Roots was there for me & my family every step of the way!

Catie at True Roots Realty Group was nothing but the best when it came to purchasing our home! We were from out of town, and Catie went as far as picking me up to look at houses when I arrived in St. Louis. She had an extensive list of places for us to look at all within our budget and contained our "must-haves." Once we found our perfect home, Catie went the extra mile to meet with our inspector since we had to finish the moving process back in Oklahoma. I could not think of a better realtor or realty group to work with. True Roots treats your more like family than as a client. The house-hunting process was not stressful, nor was the closing process. I would recommend them to our closest family and friends! We absolutely love the house Catie was able to find for us!
