Had a wonderful conversation about boots with Jake, he helped me pick up my first pair of Iron Rangers which got me hooked on heritage boots. Jake is extremely knowledgeable about red wing boots and heritage boots in general. You can definitely tell he has a passion for footwear. Thanks for the conversation and help, Jake!

This would be my second pair of Red Wings. Service is excellent. Rep looked me up in the system to see my previous size selection but took the time to remeasure to ensure proper fit. Red Wing boots are the best and stores have excellent service. Customer for life!

I bought a pair of Irish Setters from this store less than five months ago. The stitching started coming apart on the toe. He told me there was nothing he could do unless I wanted to spend an extra $25 dollars to have a tough toe put on. This is a $200 dollar pair of boots and should be covered under warranty. I will never spend my hard earned money at this store again. I know that Chucks boots stands behind their products. Thouroughgoods may cost a little more but definitely worth it in the long run.

The owner said there was nothing he could do unless I wanted to spend an additional $25 to have a toe guard put on the boots. I just spent $200 on these boots. I guess Red Wing doesn't stand behind their products anymore. This store owner certainly doesn't. I've had similar problems with other brands of boots but they've always stood behind their products. I have a call into Red Wing, we'll see how that goes. I will never shop at this store again

Love red wings products but this location is awful, employee was rude and didn’t even give me the time of day. A little upsetting when you’re ready to spend $300+ on a product you enjoy. If you have to option head to the Wentzville location, been there plenty of times and never had an issue.
