I have had the most knowledgeable and pleasant experience with Belinda! I cannot say enough good things about her! Her customer service skills patience and helpfulness goes beyond anything I have ever experienced with a bank! I had so many issues with my account in the past 6 months and she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied! This lady is a true asset to your team!

My debit card got hacked and I needed a new one. I didn't get there until right before they closed to get a new card. Luckily they hadn't shut the machine down yet. They were so helpful and caring as to my situation. Even staying 20 minutes past closing to help me. Staying professional the whole time. Belinda and the ladies were awesome. Thank you all again for the help

I used to receive great service, yet have been disappointed as of late. I stopped by the Salt Lick branch, and the lobby is locked so i was unable to go in and complete my transaction in person, so I head to the commercial drive through. I make my request for $200 of quarters. The teller looks at me oddly and says she's not sure if she can do that. I'm thinking really? Seems like a simple request. Another teller came to the window and I repeat my request. She first asks in an unfriendly tone, "Are you a customer here?" I said yes. (I have my personal accounts and my business account here). She said, "I have a box $500 box of quarters." Confused, I responded, "I don't want $500 of quarters, I only want $200." Now I know it's not an issue of not being available. She said give me a few minutes. About 5 minutes later she comes back with my quarters.It should have been an easy peasy transaction that should have taken 5 minutes not the 15+ it took.Searching for a new bank.

They support xtra-marital affairs in the work place among employees and employee and customers and silence anyone who says anything about it. who wants to hand their hard-earned money to a bank that promotes cheating lying and deceit and has no moral fiber
