Great place! My visit was wonderful! I went to the event today that had Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus and it was very delightful! Everyone had a great time and the staff was super kind and helpful! There was this one staff young woman who was working the front register and I am unsure of what her name is, but she was super friendly and kind! She was engaging in conversation, and made the visit amazing! 10/10 customer service, The Claus visit was amazing (10/10) and the store is so cute and sells amazing products (10/10) I would recommend this store to anyone looking for pokemon products in this area because they have amazing stuff and I will need to visit again!

Do not order anything online from The PokeNerds. It is not worth the headache. My package was never delivered and they have done absolutely nothing to help, claiming zero responsibility. Now I'm out $180 with no answers. Do yourself a favor and order from eBay or another reputable company that won't try and rip you off.

Had a bad experience with this store for an online order, which is a shame cause it seems to be contrary to the other reviews left. I had ordered a 151 elite trainer box (new) online and a upc box and had it shipped. The upc box was fine, But when I opened the etb box there were missing items inside, no coin and no dice. All of the packs were also damaged and had clearly been opened previously and resealed, the cards inside were all scuffed up and any good ones had been taken out. I’m leaving this review not because of how the box arrived ( I get it sometimes it’s out of stores control especially if it’s coming from elsewhere) but because of the customer service process after. It took almost a week and multiple emails and texts to get a response from their team and the only support they could offer was telling me to reach out to the Pokémon company and would not do a return or refund. Not even doing a return seemed very odd to me. Would be better to resolve the issue and work with the customer, guess I’m out the $50. The store insisted they shipped it new and it’s not there fault, and the retail contact at least seemed nice when contacted, but the actual product received was not good.

This store is so detailed it’s crazy!! They’re a place for ALL Pokemon collectors. Plush, Games, Cards, Coins, Pins, Costumes, Sparkling Water you name it. I’m looking to collect the original 151 and I feel at home and can find what I’m looking for at PokeNerds!

I spent $170.00 in the store was disappointed that you could not get a printed receipt so they texted it to me when I looked at it the 4 packs of cards I bought right by the register said $5.00 each which would have been $20.00, they had charged me $32.00. I told them I needed my $12.00 refunded so the man at the register said ok, he went and got the owner to show him how to do it. We got to the car and the cards was not in the bag so I went back into the store to get the cards and the man told me that the owner refunded the whole price I said I still wanted the cards so here came the owner and told me I was not getting the cards at that price so I said then he needed to change the price and he told me not to tell him how to run his store and he wanted me out of his store and never to come back and if I did not leave immediately he was going to call the police I told him not to worry I would never be back so be careful you cannot tell what you are actually paying and dont know until you actually get a email from them.
