My family and i called and was told we could get smileys piercings but we had to show up before a certain time. We did just that. we sat & waited for 2 hours others came after us but was told we had to wait cause even longer because they had appts but they did not. Management was rude I am very dissatisfied at the treatment me & my family received.

They pierced my 7 yr olds ears and they did amazing!! She didn't even cry! It has been almost 4 months and we've never had any issues! Both piercings look great!! Couldn't be happier! The earing quality is amazing as well!

This is by far one of the nicest and friendliest establishments I’ve been too. I went in to receive a nose piercing and received excellent service. Lexi, my piercer, was very informative and helpful throughout the whole process making sure I understood the whole process and was comfortable through the service! Lexi is incredible, not only did she fit us in on a random Monday for some matching tattoos, but she was so easy to talk to. Her line work is amazing, and this shop is clean and friendly. Definitely recommend FTA!

I had an amazing experience getting my first big piece! They were very professional and super clean!! And Tracy was amazing also funny too made the whole experience so much better - he has lots of jokes too lol, I’d highly recommend this shop 100% I had the pleasure to have Lexi around too and they make you feel right at home and it makes it all the better! they also gave me some free stickers and a magnet and made sure to go over how to care properly for my tattoo! Thank you so much for the amazing experience and beautiful piece!!

Great environment! Everyone was super friendly and I love my piercings! Shania made the whole experience super smooth, pain free, and clearly communicated all the details of the experience and was such a delight! I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to get piercings.

I went in to get my third piercing in my lobe, and my tragus done, and my friend went to get both her doubles, triples, tragus, AND helix done! Shaina was extremely professional, she let us pick out the jewelry that we wanted, and was very creative with how to get the perfect aesthetic on our ears! The shop was extremely clean, more so than most doctor's offices I've been to, and we were made to feel so comfortable that we were having a good time while she did her work. She is the most thorough professional I've ever had pierce my ears (and I had eight piercings prior). My friend and I are already trying to figure out what piercings we want next so we can go back! 10/10 recommend to anyone who wants a piercing.

Such a great experience at From the Ashes.. The entire experience was great. Cleanliness and professionalism was top notch. Lexi is amazing! She was so professional, knowledgeable, and kind. This is the first time I have ever been able to relax( actually fell asleep on and off) while getting a tattoo without being in pain. Her passion for her craft is evident, the pride she has for the finished product is wonderful. I am already looking forward to her doing another tattoo and piercing for me and and the rest of my family. If you are looking for a tattoo or piercing I would highly encourage you to check this place out, you will not be disappointed no matter which artist you choose!
