My first time getting a detail here was for my Executive Sprinter Van. The outcome was a total stun. I was ridiculously impressed. As a natural neat freak myself, their attention to details left me speechless. They offered me a maintenance plan that allows me to come twice a month for a norminal fee and get the same treatment on the van. I’ve used it and very happy about it. DETAIL 360 is the only place for an impressive outcome!!!

This place has a great price, good customer service, and quick turn around times.My main goal was to rid my new car of a faint lingering cigarette smell, and with the detail + ozone overnight treatment. It 99% did the job!Nice little spot in St.Peters with people who want to work!I only wish the interior detail was a little more detailed....there were some streaks left on the windshield/dash, and one spot on a dash button that I was hoping to be cleaned off wasnt-so I removed with a wet wipe/toothpick. Nothing terrible, but just expected to not have when paying for a service.Overall, price to service ratio is great and is super close to home! Would go again, but would just ask for a a little more precision.

I cannot say enough great things about this company! My interior was covered in blood from an injured animal (doggo is doing great, btw!). Austin did such a great job at getting ALL the stains out. He was so nice, knowledgeable, and had great communication!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! They had my car for 7 hours and missed a whole bunch of stuff, broke off a plastic piece on my passenger chair and scratched 2 out of the 4 coin compartments with their equipment. The owner blamed it on me and told me to not come back. Thanks for breaking my stuff. What a waste of time and headache.

Brand new vehicle that unfortunately had to be cleaned thoroughly.. I’m sorry but for almost 200.00 not impressed at all!!!!!!! I had to point out things that needed to be REcleaned again.. and when I got home I found that under the arm rest was not cleaned properly at all!! 200.00 later!! This is unacceptable!! Completely unacceptable service for 200.00!!!! NICE PEOPLE BUT TERRIBLE WORK! I feel ripped off!!

I got the 10 year ceramic special for 2 of my cars and I was honestly very disappointed when I got the delivery of the first car. It was as good as I left there and just was washed. Decided not to get the second car anyway based on the quality. Even the big spatters were there, lot of mess around the tires and what not.It was Saturday night and wasn’t able to talk to anyone and decided to leave the car there to mend as I already paid and travelled more than 50 miles both time.Got in touch with their owner and he asked to give them second chance for which I was anyway ok based on their feedback on google.Looks like the car was put next to the other cars being washed / sprayed and the folks giving the coating / finishing touches didn’t even bother to do anything before giving the delivery.Anyway, 2 days later, got the call that it was ready for pickup. Went there to verify and car was totally different. Went through the whole car with Dylan inside out and left the next car for the same treatment.For the hassle, they agreed to drop off the car once it was ready. It took little more than what was told but I wanted them to finish properly and they delivered it next day.All in all, I would recommend them but at the same time, would advise the owner to make sure that someone is there looking over the cars being delivered and not have customer to go through all that hassle.Ps: don’t want to share the first delivery pics as I understand that with so many guys around, it’s easy to miss things but it’s hard to get someone’s confidence once you mess it up at first.

I relied on reviews to find Detail 360 since I’ve never used a detailing service in STL. Detail 360 did a ceramic coating to the outside and the car looks fantastic. They did a great job finding and polishing out hairline scratches in a car with less than 200 miles (meaning they really worked to make a nearly perfect surface even better). In a week or two they will do a tutorial car wash. Besides the great reviews, Detail 360 was the only detailer who answered the phone, then were helpful in explaining the process and answering my questions. Every time I called, phone was answered…BIG deal to me. When I picked up my car they wouldn’t accept payment until I walked around the car to ensure I was happy. Detail 360 also had competitive pricing.

Very very impressed by Detail 360.I came in last minute after a call to the owner where I expressed that tar (we didn’t know at the time) had dropped onto my brand new car under a bridge downtown. He got me in right away and did a clay bar treatment. I added a ceramic coating to the car for another appointment. They stayed 30 minutes past close.I picked it up today. It was absolutely beautiful, and I’m so grateful to this business for taking such good care of my vehicle.As a young women I am always worried that I’m going to be taken advantage of when it comes to my car because of my ignorance, but this place excelled in making sure my car was taken care of and charging me a very fair price!You guys rock!
