We just moved to St Peter's and I pass this particular location multiple times a week. I used it one day and made a mistake, which resulted in my card being overcharged. I did not become aware of this right away. When I did, I contacted the number posted there at the carwash. I honestly wasn't expecting much, since it was technically my fault. But I received a call back shortly after. They let me know what happened and why and that they were crediting me my money back. I've always preferred the self serve car washes, they have great features available to thoroughly clean your vehicle, AND, the vacuum cleaners could suck a watermelon through a garden hose ? I will continue to use this location and any other Auto Spa location when it's available to me. Along with their great customer service, it's hard to beat.

Beware before starting to use their manual car wash. I used a card to pay and it keeps charging you the longer you use it...which would be fine if everything worked. Spent about 2 minutes trying to figure out why the wax wasn't working just for the worker to tell me they don't do wax because it clogs the nozzle. Then tried to use the no spot rinse and it didn't work. Worker then tells me it's broken and they have to have someone fix it. So I wasted about 4 to 5 minutes trying to use stuff they don't have despite labels saying they do and the staff is aware they don't have. I even mentioned to the staffer I wasted all this time and was getting charged and he just turned and walked away. Lol I guess they don't care because they already got your money. A place in O'Fallon has the same set up which I've used for over 25 years and it's cheaper and never had an issue with wax and everything works. Guess that's what I get for trying something new instead of sticking with what I know works.

Went there to wash floor mats. The clips were so bad that the mats kept falling out when they were sprayed. Had to stop spraying to clip them back, only to have them fall out again. Wasted most of the wash time clipping the mats! Won't be back!

Great do it yourself wash that takes cards for payment instead of rushing around for quarters and the only self serve that's never out of their soaps and cleaning options other places are always out and stuck with just water this place stays up on their maintenance and always clean

I'm only giving it 3 stars because some of the machines didn't work and some of the car wash options also didn't work. But besides that it is a decent self service car wash. Once things get fixed I definitely plan on coming back and updating this review. But until then, 3 stars
