We shop here almost weekly for our home and daycare and have never been treated as rudely as we were by Catherine today. I can not believe she is allowed to have any customer interaction after the way she treated not just me but my family with me, children included. I wish it would let me upload the video I got. Do better, Catherine.

Mediocre location, at best. Visited this location instead of my usual, because I was in the area. Won’t be returning. The produce, specifically the lettuce blends were turning bad. Had to pick through quite a few to find a decent one. Upon checkout, the employee assigned to register 3 (around 7pm on 6/17/24, I believe her name was Isabella) proceeded to watch me unload my cart onto her belt, as she was discussing closing duties with a fellow male employee (who ended up going outside to get trash) and both walked away with no communication or acknowledgment of me. I stood there a moment before deciding to just unload the belt, and utilized self check out. Mid unloading my belt she walks over and says she can help me. I said “Mmm, that’s okay, you watched me unload my cart and walked away- I got it” to which she said nothing and walked away. Very unimpressed with her customer service. Hope others don’t/haven’t experienced this same issue.

Love this store, however, someone needs to pull their OLD fresh (not always) fruit and veggies from shelves. I hate getting home and finding mold on my fruit the next day!!! Runs out of certain varieties of products often. Busy store. Offers pick up service.

Aldi always has decent prices. I really this fairly new location. Aldi has come a long way in the years.

This is one of our favorite Aldi locations. As with all Aldi stores, sometimes you can’t count on regular items being in stock (I’m looking at you, Buttermilk Ranch dressing) but the staff is always pleasant & helpful.
