worst company ive ever worked for, and i worked for yellow. the most racist.....im sorry i mean "diversive" company that they give employee of the month to a lazy dockhand over me who stepped up and supervised my own sector. not only that but give the position i was working for a month and a half to someone on another shift. the most political, "its about who you know" place ive ever worked. the money is no where near worth putting up with them.

This has a AWESOME area for the kids to play , also has lit Cabins that sleeps 4 to 6 people, so cute and comfy with BBQ pits and Pick no picnic tables right outside use the family- Very affordable and friendly !! Pets also aloud .....

$700 Reason Why Not To Use XPO.Purchased a new saw, the cost was over $10,000 and the dealer used XPO to ship it. The saw arrived damaged, looked like it fell over at some point. Unloaded it, and unwrapped. Both were on done while under security cameras from two angles. The electric motor was busted up and hanging off. Called XPO, they were very friendly and sounded like it would be a piece of cake. They sent over an adjuster to photograph the damage. The dealer had a new motor shipped. UPS dropped the motor off and we switched them. Months go buy, the dealer sends an email and says the motor was never paid for. We call XPO ending up going back and forth with them for awhile. Ended up that XPO would not cover the full amount of the replacement motor, a little over $2,000. They ended up paying around $1,320 and we covered the rest ($717.10). This did not include any reimbursement for our labor to switch motors.

I’m not sure what the point of scheduling an appointment is with them when they show up an entire day late with no phone call, explanation or apology. We do not have people just sitting around waiting for a delivery an entire day late! This isn’t the first time this has happened and unfortunately won’t be the last. They should have more respect for peoples time, just like we have respect for their drivers times and are at our warehouse waiting for our delivery when they say they will be there. It’s very rude and unprofessional.

Shipment came 2 days late and freight was damaged and part of freight was not on the truck. Called the St. Louis shipping XPO dock and they did not call me back as promised to let me know if they found the missing freight. I Followed up with a call Saturday and they could not find missing freight. I now have to wait for call back on Monday to see what they are going to do about missing freight. This shipment was needed to Install a piece of Medical Equipment for a Veteran that needs it as soon as possible.The driver was very nice but if I had a choice, I would never use XPO Logistics. Company I order product uses this freight line.

I recommend this parts store for any shopping for parts for your vehicle of any kind. They sell quality parts like Nappa. But not so expensive as Nappa. Ask for Stan if you happen to drop in

Imagine the times before cars and trucks all the way back to when people used horses and buggies. That is the speed at which this company delivers. You order will sit in their wearhouse for months. Why? Who knows. My bet is a lack of employees to cut costs at the expense of the customer. Second order that has been sent through this company both times several months before they will actually deliver my product..... Businesses avoid these people or you will lose customers!!!

We live 7 miles off of highway, and 1 mile off of blacktop on a gravel road.Staff found us and gave us up dates where they were at and when they would be here. Nice job. I salute the drivers. Thanks
