These guys are so knowledgeable and they do a fantastic job. They’ve repaired two of my vintage Fender tube amps perfectly, and I’ll definitely bring all of my vintage gear here from now on.

Customer Service is pretty terrible. Don’t bother trying to ask a question over the phone. They aren’t in the mood for it

My bass amp needed a new power entry module installed. Drop it off... About a year later I finally got it back, but didn't play anymore.

They have had my speaker for 6 months with no contact about when it will be done. I understand their main speaker tech got sick, but I call every 2-3 weeks and I'm always told that Jamie will call me back and he never does. I'm sure they have done good work in the past, but I wouldn't take your speakers here. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

Did a great job on my HK 730. Hard to find techs with the proper knowledge on vintage equipment. Also done in timely fashion and at a great price!

Couldn't take the few minutes to read my email inquiry on replacing a keyboards ram battery and adding new graphite to the contact pads. Said they didn't have the parts which confuses me. Ram batteries are generic watch batteries and graphite comes in a spray can and is a must have for any keyboard repair shop.

I recently needed to have my vintage receiver serviced, so I Googled Harman/Kardon and Winston Electronics came up. After speaking with them, felt comfortable taking it down there. Its getting difficult to find a Tech that's familiar with systems such as this. After a week it was finished and the price was very reasonable. My old 730 sounded like new. I was also glad to see more was done than just a cleaning. Highly recommend Winston Electronics.
