I enjoyed living at Vanguard Heights for 4 years until a recent relocation and would have stayed longer if I could. Management was always friendly, and maintenance was quick to take care of any issues.

These apartments need to be updated and deep cleaned. The walls are very thin so you can hear people walking around, going the bathroom, etc. Also, management is not responsive. If you leave a message about a concern or missing package--- they do not follow up.** See response from VH... They still have not followed up on our missing packages.

All around great experience. From the friendly and helpful leasing agents, to the incredible apartments! Amenities are second to none and the location is fantastic. A short trip to all things StL! Great for families of all size!

Great, as long as you like seeing mountains of trash piled outside the trash compactor every weekend because people jam it and there are no consequences.Oh, and two of the reviews on here are from the manager and assistant manager.

We lived at vanguard heights for more than a year. These are the best apartments in the Saint Louis area. We love everything about vanguard heights. Gina and manager Kerry were always polite and accommodating for any requests.

Worst experience ever here with endless bugs! They didn’t care. Moved out within 4 months due to the bugs and endless ants. Be carful in apartment 311.

Paper thin walls. Noisy neighbors. Very little enforcement of apartment community rules. Think twice before signing a lease here. You will probably be happier somewhere else.

I like this property a lot. It was my first home in Saint Louis. It is a very clean and calm environment that everyone would dream of having. Also, the office is very cooperative and helpful to residents. Other facilities such as the Pool and the Gym are spectacular. Another great thing is that they provide my favorite coffee which is Starbucks and a good printer in the community center. I really recommend making Vanguard Heights your first choice in the city.I like this property very much. My first home was in St. Louis. It is a very clean and serene environment that everyone dreams of. Also, the office is very accommodating and helpful with residents. The other facilities like the pool and gym are amazing. They will get you in! They approve anybody to get a unit leased up! The Property Manager & The Assistant Property Manager is full of it I don’t trust them far as I see them! I’m so glad My Husband and I decided to move across the street to the Vue Apartments.

I had several conversations with both Natasha and Krista over the past three weeks, and i can say, without reservation, they are top notch professionals that went the extra mile to ensure our move in experience was seamless and stress free. I would recommend V. Heights to my closest friends and family. The facility amenities and kind, competent staff solidified my overall rating.
