Hard to Find – Friendly Service The folks at St. Louis Jewelers (Joyería) may be a little hard to find. But, at least they’re honest. I shall explain… One day about a week ago, the screen on my Timex Ironman watch went blank. The next day, it tried to come back on, but the numbers just kind of flickered. Do I need a new battery, or a new watch? The salesperson confirmed my suspicions. High humidity and/or moisture got inside and short circuited something out. “Don’t waste your money on a new battery” was his comment. Seeing that I’m a cyclist and perspire a lot, this didn’t come as a big surprise. Correction: I don’t sweat…I GUSH!The place is kind of hard to find, especially with the present road construction on Gravois as of this writing – June 3, 2024. Plus the fact they’re awaiting a new sign. The building looks sort of “bare bones” on the outside. The inside looks about the same – no frills. But, like I stated before, they’re honest and friendly. Go check ‘em out.

I went to their new location on Gravois which isn’t quite ready to open but they let me in and helped me with some watch problems. Wonderful family owned business, can’t wait for them to get all set up.

We stopped in to get my fiancé's engagement ring resized (it belonged to my mom). The fine folks of this establishment instantly treated us like good friends. Service was prompt and well-communicated.So when it came time to pick out some wedding bands, we headed right back in. Once again, we were met with the kind of service you only received at a small, family-run business. Due to my bulbous knuckles and skinny fingers, I've had to resize a couple times to get it where I needed it. Each time we go in, we end up chatting for a while and leaving fully pleased.Skip the major retail jewelers and see these wonderful people. You'll leave wanting to invite them to your wedding.

I’ve taken in rings for resizing a couple times here and they are consistently professional and extremely kind and family oriented. It’s a great business I’m thankful to have on Cherokee street!

Needed a Sterling Silver Ring sized up from a 5 to an 8.5.This is the only reputable jeweler in town that could do it without ruining the Ernest Rangel stamp. As Ernest isn't creating these rings anymore, so it's very special saw it in Pueblo Colorado and had to have it.The family is so kind and polite along with being very knowledgeable about what I needed done. Can't wait to get it back.

Very discrete and low key, but up scale. Wonderful custom work on display. I only needed a small repair, after over 45(+) years my ring cracked. A small repair but it holds great sentimental value. I'll see how good their work looks when I pick it up next week.OK, I Picked up my wedding ring and it looks great. Repair is invisible. Polish and Rhodium has it looking as bright and lustrous as the day I first saw it.

I took 2 watches to have some links removed. Was in and out in 15 minutes for $15 per watch. Arturo was a good guy doing quality work at this family jewelry business.
