Aunya, and Marissa provide great guest service, at the front desk. We had dinner at Cibare. Amy is a fabulous server. We always prefer her or James. Dinner was very good. Thanks for a great New Years Eve!

Hospitality at front desk was great! Rooms were nice and clean. Bar was classy. Enjoyed our stay, as well as our time in the casino.

I am embarrassed, angry and so disappointed!Check out for sunday is 11:00. At 9:24 housekeeping opens our door. Yes, opens our door. Im standing there half naked, literallyin my bra..
