My parents have been loyal customers here since 2017, faithfully supporting this establishment for their business needs. However, today marked the end of an era as they experienced their final visit. During this visit, my father innocently attempted to glance at the screen to check prices at the register. Unfortunately, instead of receiving courteous assistance, he was met with hostility from a worker who accused him of invading her "personal space" despite the crowded environment. Matters escalated when the worker summoned the manager, and to our dismay, both the manager and the cashier resorted to profanity and derogatory language, hurling hurtful slurs such as "F*** you" towards my parents. This shocking display of unprofessionalism left us deeply disappointed. We urge others to consider taking their business elsewhere, perhaps to Costco Business Center, where not only do they offer comparable products but also provide exemplary service with professionalism and respect.

I had a terrible experience at Restaurant Depot. When I went to checkout, I was reviewing the charges on their register because i’ve had fraudulent charges before, and the cashier became extremely defensive and confrontational. Shockingly, the cashier started provoking us and even said "go f yourself" to my face! I couldn't believe the lack of professionalism and respect. When I brought this up to the manager, they were no help at all and seemed just as unprofessional as the cashier. This experience was unacceptable and I will not be returning. The employees seem a lot like criminals. hope they learn from their mistakes and are let go from the company.

The gentleman at the meat department has the worst attitude. I asked him to bring an item from the upper shelves, he asked me to wait as he was busy, I came back 30 minutes later, and he acted in rude way considering customer service a bothering for his work!!!!!

Very busy place, if you go with good attitude and respect you will get it in return. Always glad to see Jason up front, always pleasant to talk to and does a great job keep the flow of the business going.

I think is not fair the way the take the trucks here. I arrived 10 hrs prior to my appointments. I was the first driver in line and they took few trucks ahead of me .just they had lest pallets.. this is unfair. I had appointments for 7am.. .. ..

Terrible phone skills. Some are bad and some are great but it's always been difficult to ask questions over the phone. If you are annoyed by someone calling you then quit your job. This is not for you!

Very poor management and rude staff. Numerous times I've gone there and cashiers roll their eyes and treat you poorly. Customer Service really really and I mean REALLY needs major improvement. Corporate needs to do something ASAP.
