Nimete is a terrible and condescending person. She was rude and didn't want to help me at all. I've never dealt with someone as rude and as mean as her. The other gal there was super nice and helped. I think if Nimete wasn't there, the branch would be a much better place with a better environment.

This is not a full service bank. I do not trust using an ATM to make a deposit and this branch refuses to do so. When I asked a location that does after waiting due to only 3 tellers being there they said it was due to the pandemic. I may look for better service from a credit union

Walked into this bank and greeted right away by two employees and asked them if I could deposit some cash. They told me they cant do it and told me to use the ATM. Then I asked them if I could get a 20 bill replaced because it was teared halfway and they told me that this branch cannot do that I have to go different location. And my last question before I walked out was if I could deposit my kids coins that we collected it and they told me they cannot do it. I have to go to a different location as well. This place is really useless.

Received a check from work where the line covered some of the account information (print wasn’t the best). Tried the check deposit app, figured it wouldn’t work, went to the ATM (different day), which also errored. Waited until Saturday, due to working 9-5pm M-F, which are also the bank hours. Tried to use the outside drive-thru area due to a sick toddler in the vehicle and was told that area of the bank is no longer in service. Attempt #4, left a check for a family member to go in and deposit during the week, due to them being off of work and available. Had the deposit slip ready with signed check. When the family member fried to go in and deposit the check they were asked for the debit card to be used at the ATM inside the building vs getting service at the counter, even though the issue had been explained to the teller prior to being directed to the inside ATM. After again not depositing the check I follow up within 30 minutes of the situation asking why a debit card was needed (never needed before) if there was a deposit slip with routing and account information….then I was told that they could have deposited it, but weren’t made aware of the situation at that time and apologized. I mean c’mon there is a reason why people go inside for help. You can’t just turn them away or direct them to an ATM which you have outside as well. If you don’t want to assist your customers maybe this job isn’t for you, especially when everything is done digitally now and the foot traffic of customers is already reduced. This bank used to be good, but has went down the hill the last several years. Do not recommend, I chose it due to the proximity of my home. There are other options nearby, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. This place isn’t convenient, good luck getting them to listen before they direct you to a machine, which you can use yourself outside. In situations such as these I really feel bad for the elderly.

Each month as of lately I'm wondering why I even bother keeping my business and personal account with PNC. I have to drive out of my way to do cash transactions as my local branch doesn't want to business like a bank and handle money.Then, when I do go to the ATM like this weekend, the only transaction the ATM could handle was deposits, so even though they keep telling me to use the ATM, it wasn't possible.So if a local branch can't take care of business, what's the point of not using better banks, even if they don't have any local branches?PNC is no longer the bank I started working with when I started my business.

PNC I want my fellow humans back in the branch. If I wanted to use technology, I could have done a mobile deposit myself. They got rid of their tellers….. just an fyi.

Love love love this bank. Every visit Ethan greets me like a neighbor would; he is always very helpful and professional. The tellers are professional & provide top service each visit. I'm glad I switched!

I walk in the lobby. A young man approaches me and says in an angry tone , “ Who are you looking for? What fo you want?” I will never ever go back to that location.

Rude, condescending, and indecisive staff.Severely understaffed. ATM is often not working correctly. Facility is grossly overheated.

DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH. I arrived at 4:30 pm to open an account and was told it would just be 5-10 minutes because only two people were working. At 4:50 pm, the manager snottily told me that I'd have to come back tomorrow because they couldn't get me in today. If they had just told me when I arrived that they were understaffed and it would be a lot easier if I made an appointment for the next day, I would have been annoyed, but at least I wouldn't have wasted my time.
