The cab company through motor care comes supposed to pick me up.Take me to the Doctor I have to miss so many Doctor appointments because of these cabs that's working for motor care.Blue cross blue shielevel work cell

Horrible service with horrible communication (unless you enjoy speaking with computers that never quite understand you) Modivcare was a no show for an extremely important doctors appointment. DO NOT USE!

This is the worst service ever by my insurance you practically have to beg for transportation I called for eight days with pending ride only to be told my insurance didn’t provide MovidcareAs for transportation sometimes I had to wait more than two hrs to be picked up and to ride all over the city to get to my destination. I do not recommend

Never use this service & work to get your insurance co. to replace Modivcare!! My ride to an important medical appointment was a no-show without any notification!! Modivcare's agent, who took my request for a ride was also very rude! I was in town near my appt for MRIs & only needed a ride home, but sinceModivcare insisted I had to book a roundtrip, I took the bus home (1 hr) to catch my ride through Modivcare, which texted me confirmation of my reservation & arrival time for my ride to my appt. Although the text said there was no need to call, I did & a (human) Modivcare agent further confirmed this info, but my ride never showed up & I got no notice Modivcare had canceled my reservation. My medical ins. co. said Modivcare often has no-shows without any notice & I was entitled to a one way ride. It took 2 mo. to schedule, then 2 more mo. to reschedule my MRI appt. I would have been on time for my missed appt if Movidcare had not insisted on a round-trip reservation. I live 30 mi from where my appt was, so there was no way to get to my appt after my ride was a no-show & I called Movidcare, thereby learning Modivcare canceled my ride with no notice!! Since Modivcare's corp. culture of disrespect & lack of caring is demeaning & harmful to those needing its services, all medical insurance companies should immediately replace & remove Movidcare from all lists of Providers!!

Service sucks & Customer service rude if I could give zero I would. ... Appointment at 2:40p pick up time 220p Driver called at 2:27p to see if my dad still wanted to go to his appointmentTold me to call and change appointment timeHe went to wrong address and said he have arrived but he was at the wrong address so my dad appointment got canceled. . Customer service very RUDE didnt really seem concerned want use there service again

Most pathetically ran company I’ve ever had to unfortunately use. They flat out do not show up; phone calls are routed all across the US; customer service is putrid. My father in law has had to rely on handicap transportation for various medical appointments during his rehabilitation process and has had to cancel or reschedule several appointments because of this company. Better off riding in the back of someone’s pickup . State legislators will be contacted.
