These guys wasted over three weeks of our time on a multi-vendor capex project. They fed us generic "cannot share information about another company" copypasta in lieu of any meaningful effort to explain why a key vendor was disqualified at the 11th hour. We asserted that the vendor would release / authorize us to receive this info and was standing by to correct the unknown problem. At this point, we learned that some SVP named Dan Johnson was swinging his hoohah around while hiding behind his sales force. Dan, if you manage to find your balls, you have my phone number for the full explanation of why you decided to waste all of our time.
