I have been to this store two separate times and both times they did not help me. I strongly recommend people to go somewhere else if you need help with your phones. If you want to be professional you have to make sure the customers are happy with the help they received nothing more, nothing less

Do not come to the store, they will purposely sell you a phone that is Shorty at best call it the newest model then purposely not put your receipt in the bag so you can't return it. I bought a phone on the 25th it was supposed to be an upgrade even though it was an upgrade? I had to pay over $200 and every single day. I have to either hook up to Wi-Fi to use it or turn it off. And on more than once, just to get it to connect to service. Neither mile from the store that I bought it from when I call customer service to ask if I get a new phone and get my money back. They tell me no, there's nothing I can do about it. The store has scam artists

Pretty much your typical Metro store front. Staff was nicer and more business like than the shop on S Grand. Very customer sales and service oriented.
