The people there were so unhelpful. The girl there lied and said you can only finance one phone at a time, then turned around and said that you could finance more than one it's just a lot of work. We were also told they only had 2 kinds of phones available. I just left. I will just try another location.

I went in this store for an upgrade and was overcharged for a phone that was not an upgrade. I returned 4 days later for a refund and was told no, call customer service. Customer service sent me into the store to get a refund in the first place, now customer service wont put me on the phone with a manager. Exclusive trading owns this store and the service is poor. If you want to get robbed go to this storeThey sell bogus phones just to get a bonus and will NOT give you a refund.Antoinette is the sales person who swindled me and Amber is the manager who is complicit in the theft.

I went to this store to purchase another SIM card. There is a staff member there by the name of ANTOINETTE who was quite rude and also very disrespectful. I approached the counter to speak with another staff member about purchasing a SIM card, at first the staff member responded by saying that she doesn't think they sell SIM cards. (although I knew I could purchase it there because I have done it a few times in the past). Although she said that she didn't think they sold SIM cards, she proceeded to pull out a SIM card and said it was $11. I paid her in cash, and I asked her for a receipt. The staff member politely informed me that their printer was down, so she could not give me a receipt. So, I responded by asking if she could write a receipt for me..... Then, ANTOINETTE immediately yelled from the other side of the store, VERY LOUDLY AND RUDELY saying things like "why do you need a receipt" "you can't return SIM cards anyway" "you shouldn't need no receipt" So, I explained to her that I would like a receipt because I made a purchase. She continued on with her loud and rude behavior, telling me that I don't need a receipt. I then told her that I had planned to visit that location again in just a few days to upgrade a phone for my mom, but based on her behavior, I was going to find a different location to do business with. Her response to that was that I needed to leave the store (of course I was walking towards the door anyway because I was finished with the transaction). And as I walked out, she told me to never come back to that store, and also got on the phone and called police saying that the police would arrest me for trespassing....she even followed me outside the store yelling threats about how I would be arrested. Now, I'm not a lawyer.....but, I'm pretty sure it's not against the law to tell a staff member that I have changed my mind about making a future purchase, and that I didn't appreciate her rude attitude.....all while walking out of the building. This woman needs to be sent to customer service boot camp.... actually general manners and courtesy boot camp. I'm saying boot camp because it seems that her preferred method of communication is only yelling and loud talk.UPDATE:Someone left an email address here under my review..... I replied to that email. Now days later no one has even replied to the email. This says a LOT for Metro by TMobile customer service. Apparently they really DON'T care whether they have satisfied customers or not. I've been a customer for around 6 or 7 years now. I guess I need to start looking at the other prepaid providers..

I came in because I was having troubles with my phone and RUBY is so helpful. I even offered to pay her and she wouldn’t even take it. She is living proof that there are still amazing selfless people out here.
