We went in to change our phone numbers to our new phones (mind you we already had metro it was just a phone change) and the lady upon entry was on the phone talking while she was rudely asking questions to “help” us change it to our new phones. While the process only took about less than 10 minutes, i walked out and noticed she had charged our account for almost $30 just for that when there wasn’t supposed to be a charge. mind you it was 2 phones then there was a “balance” of 20$ of who knows what for 2 days later. i called customer care and they ended up helping me fix the balance because they said it wasn’t supposed to be charged. we had just paid our monthly payment. so they charged almost $100 more after that plus added insurance we did NOT ask for. horrible customer service. save yourself a trip from this location. they are always on their phones and don’t communicate any charges and add on things without their customers knowing.

Very Greedy location, and they will not mention promotions if it saves you money. They don't honor free upgrades coming from Metro PCs website. I went to this location and they tried to charge for things that I was told would be free or discounted by the 611 number. So I went to another location for the same thing and was barely charged for anything, Don't patronize this location if you don't want to be overcharged.

If i could give 0 stars i would, I'm very unsatisfied with Nicki and the other guy that didn't even tell me his name on the website it says I can get a samsung galaxy a15 5g for 60 dollars plus activation fee(30!) I walked in this store and told them I wanted a free phone and this is what they sold me!!! After looking at the receipt, I'll only go back to that store one time to return all of this stuff tomorrow?!?

So I mainly came just to say that the first picture of the store the dark colored one that connected to another building that is the wrong store for this address and location the other pictures of the store front with the light colored store that is not attached to any other buildings is the correct storefront for this location this is the Breckenridge hills location near a laundromat on one side and I believe it's a car lot on the other side !! The dark colored store is located not very far down the Rock road in St Ann I forget what it's attached to and what all stores are going up the one side of it but it's right by the Walgreens and the family dollar across the street and it's basically just a whole bunch of little strip malls all around there. I also noticed when I pulled it up on Google they both come up St Ann but once you click it open right under the picture it says Breckenridge hills I'm not sure why that is. Anyways I don't know who has the capability of correcting these things I tried to but I couldn't figure it out so this was my next best choice hopefully I took away some of the confusion for those who don't know the area.

This place is so crazy my brother pur hases a phone they charge very too much,we went to a different metro to check price comoarison it was almost $63 less, dont buy here very rude people

Just signed up to internet & cell phones with T-Mobile at 9850 St. Charles Rock Road. Cannot rave enough about the staff & Boss Lady! All were very curious with happy attitudes. Andy helped us he's very knowledgable, kind & patient (needed waiting on me). Store was packed other staff members waited on customers...everyone was happy, satisfied & left smiling. Met the Boss Lady who was curtious & very sweet. If Corporate if reading you have no idea know how fortunate T-Mobile is having a qualified team, great personalities, work together well & Enjoyed their jobs. Hey Executives, you really need to Recognize this Team! Give EACH a Raise (at very minimum a bonus). {to have a entire team who is very efficient plus keeps your customers happy & satisfied... no idea just how lucky you truly are}

I am So disappointed. We have had Metro PCS for YEARS and were Satisfied.... However... This is the First time I have attempted to utilize the Handset Protection Plan for replacement of a Damaged/Defective phone. Almost three weeks later and I'm STILL getting the run around.

I pass two Metro Pcs to come to this one. They are honest and don't try and upsale you. I can get what I need and in my budget from them. The two I pass to get to them always try and play a customer into buying something we don't need. Keep up the awesome work. Worth the extra 10 minute drive ❤️
