It's wise to not use this location. This Walgreens has super unprofessional employees. I asked to ship something from FedEx and the photo attendant said she couldn't tell me when it would be picked up, she said "just whenever the FedEx guy gets here ??♀️." She had no other information and sadly not helpful to find it.

I just got here for my flu and vaccine shots. Just a note saying they are short staffed and no vaccines today. That's fine but why didn't I get a text or email about this? Wasted my time. Also store is filthy inside and out.

The snacks at this Walgreens are so fun. There's are plenty of workers and they were helpful. The store is clean. They have a pharmacy. Everything is organized.

THEY LOST PACKAGE AND THEY DONT CARE. Do not trust Fedex holding a package for you at this location. Do not use Fedex period. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

At this point, I thought I just had a cold so on my way to coffee I stopped for a box of Dayquil. Easy to find and check prices but it's the "new" version of Sudafed and not the one with pseudoephedrine. I did not see any of the usual cards to bring to the pharmacy and I was not up to talking to a person, so I settled.Easy to pay for it and be on my way swiftly.This is an urban location and the parking lot has a pretty secure looking gate all around. This is my first one star review on Yelp as I reserve them for establishments I think should be wiped off the face of the planet and have a net negative on society. I never thought I would be reviewing a pharmacy but I felt I am doing a civil service by straying people from here. My roommate and I tried hard to make this place work out as our pharmacy because it is so close to us but it is just so bad. My roommate has really bad asthma and they have messed up his related scripts multiple times and it has caused him lots of stress, time, and discomfort. I tried getting a photo for a visa and it wasn't the typical dimensions. I was told on the phone they could do this but when I got there the workers were clueless. I tried making sure they could do it for me before I went forward with the process but they were not helpful and then started yelling at each other. And tried to tell me they are just going to do it and do their typical format and I had to tell them multiple times that won't work. The workers here are terrible - don't have an ounce of care for the work they do and are incompetent. Eventually a fourth worker came over and tried to look around through the options they were able to offer and was able to tell me they would not be able to help.The only nice thing is sometimes if you're just buying something over the counter you'll get a pleasant cashier.

I had the displeasure of visiting this pharmacy, and it was a complete nightmare. The line was horrendous and took 45 minutes to get to the front, even though there were only a few people ahead of me. When I finally made it to the front, the staff was rude and unhelpful.To make matters worse, they messed up my order not once, but twice. They were slow to correct their mistake and seemed to be completely incompetent in handling simple tasks. The level of incompetence was truly mind-boggling.Overall, I would not recommend this particular store to anyone. The long wait times and rude staff are bad enough, but the complete lack of competence in handling basic tasks is inexcusable. I give it a solid 0/5 stars and advise anyone in need of pharmacy services to avoid this place at all costs.

I got exceptional service here. My script was misfiled but the Walgreens pharmacy made extraordinary efforts to find it and get it straightened out.

The ratings for this place are all accurate. Have tried this location multiple times because it's the closest pharmacy to home.Filthy with trash strewn about inside and out. Shelves half empty and disorganized. Workers angry, uninterested and disengaged. Panhandlers.The only positive are the true pharmacists if you can manage to speak with them. They are pleasant and helpful. The other counter assistants in the pharmacy seem to be perpetually peeved to wait on people.

I've had all of my worst pharmacy experiences here... I thought maybe at first it was just the walgreens app being buggy, but no matter how I manage my prescriptions (app, website, phone, in person), they frequently mess it up at this location. Prescription orders will be canceled with no warning, or auto refills wont happen on time. I ran out of medications TWICE and went without them for days, ones which it is not safe to do that with. I wound up getting bad withdrawals because of their incompetence! These were not controlled substances. There shouldn't have been any issues.Beyond that, sometimes their phone system will hang up on me while i'm on hold. It just did that four times in a row today while I was waiting in the parking lot for my scheduled Covid test. When I finally managed to talk to someone, they told me to come inside for it... and wait some more. But inside!!? When I could have covid? They are endangering all the other customers this way.I've had good experiences at other Walgreens in the past, but I will be looking for another pharmacy ASAP

Do NOT schedule a vaccine appointment at this location. My appointment was at 12:30pm and it's currently 1:30pm and I still haven't been seen. Go anywhere but this place for your vaccine/medication needs.

This is located inside of Walgreens. They don't provide full service like a FedEx store. You can receive & send packages only. They do carry mailers and the like. But no print to go service etc.
