I usually go to the Creve Coeur location but I couldn’t make it so I booked here. I should’ve asked the tech for her name because I try to stick with the same person. The tech didn’t talk much and she didn’t make me feel welcomed. It was a super awkward experience and she had a little trouble with the wax so it took a bit longer than usual. I had to ask her questions and she didn’t seem to be passionate about answering them like the tech I usually go to. I don’t think I’ll be going back to that specific tech.
