I took my mercedes there once and got excellent service. I have a friend with an older Mercedes, and this is his go spot for repairs. Give them a try. Too bad we don't have more shops like this around the city.

I broke down on the side of the highway in St. Louis while moving from Florida to Colorado. It was late and I was in a dangerous spot and needed to get my car towed somewhere ASAP. I got a 7:40am appt for the next day at the Suntrup dealership and towed it there. The next morning they called me and said to expect them to have it for 2-3 days, so I started calling around to see if anyone could get it fixed that day. I thankfully found European Performance Auto Center. They told me to get it towed there ASAP and connected me with a tow truck driver. They began working on it as soon as it arrived and had me back on the road that afternoon and I safely made it to Colorado. Everyone I spoke to there was so kind and sympathetic towards my stressful situation. They were extremely knowledgable about Volkswagens and got my car working again on a short time frame. They charged a very fair price for the work (and saved me the cost of a hotel for 2-3 nights). I am so thankful for them and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing work done on their vehicle! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!!

My youngest daughter was moving from Florida to Colorado and broke down near this shop. It was late in the day and she had it towed to the VW dealership. They were closing and told her to leave it there till morning. When she called the next morning they told her it was 200 bucks to evacuate it and they couldn’t look at it for a couple days. She explained her situation and they could care less. Wouldn’t even look at it for a couple days then they would schedule the repairs for the next available appointment. Satin has a special hell for people that work at the dealership.
She found this shop on line and had it towed there. They had her back on the road for more than a fair price in a few hours. They treated her like she was their daughter. As a father I could only pray for people like these. Gives me hope in mankind!!!
