Horrible customer service! I was followed around the store, and they tried to rip me off! Guess I won't be going back to this local ace hardware. I went in knowing exactly what I needed and where it should be. It wasn't there. Asked, and explained the purpose and was led to the in house shop area, and shown the stock on hand. I said "these are still sold in three pieces lots correct?" ( I've been buying this product solely from Ace hardwares for over a decade now) "No ma'am those are per piece." The man said."Really?! How odd! When did they stop selling them in lots of three?""They've always been sold per piece ma'am""Really?" I said inspecting the bundle of three held together with cling film, "Because they're wrapped together, and the tag says 3 pieces right here" I said pointing at the tag."No ma'am it's per stick""Really? Because this tag, the display tag, and the website all say per 3 pieces."He says " ma'am that says three foot""Yes it does in fact," I said, "right here, directly above where it says three pieces."Man now grumbling, *I don't know about that, let me get my glasses."I said," Ya know what. Don't bother sir. I'll drive into the city to buy this at a different Ace Hardware at the advertised price before I come back here and pay the price of three for one stick!" And started walking away." Well hold on now! " He hollered after me.Not pausing I lifted my hand still walking and waved, said "I said, no thank you, goodbye!"I told the lady at the front I won't be ripped off, explained the situation, obviously agitated, and was simply told to have a nice day, So I left. I refuse to waste my money in a store with such poor customer service and interaction. This is also going in an email to Corporate. After shopping at Ace Hardware's my entire life this is the first time I've ever received this kind of experience.

I always love shopping here even if I end up not getting anything. At least as much as most guys enjoy seeing all the tools and assorted lawn equipment. The service is very friendly and professional and they always ask me if I need help. They are awesome and the best!!

The store has a nice small-town design, but I had issues with the management. None of them knew the store policies or the corporate customer service policies. The corporate customer service representative asked me to be professional while he rudely interrupted me while I was reading the return policy to him. The store manager and customer service were both giving me conflicting information, and both were wrong according to their policies. I feel sorry for the employees who have to deal with all of this. The bad management is driving away customers as fast as they can get them in.

I went in for eclipse glasses which the Internet said they had. I was also looking for line for my weed eater. I over heard one of the employees tell another one that they should have order more because someone else called in ask for them, so I thought I won't ask for them. One I got to the counter the employee told me that I have wait because was very busy. When I walk she was kind of grouchy. And rude to me. I'm the customer in line & 7 seven people behind me. This isn't 1st time I went in there & they seem to be distributed because they had to wait you.

This Ace Hardware stands out as a welcoming neighborhood hardware store, seemingly one of the last of its kind. The staff is exceptionally helpful, and despite its modest size, you can easily locate an attendant to assist you with various needs, whether it's related to plumbing, electrical work, or finding the right nuts and bolts. Having this store in the neighborhood brings me immense satisfaction. Its cozy, Mom-and-Pop atmosphere adds to the overall positive experience.

It seems that the place is very well stocked and clearly marked. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable.

Super friendly location! Incredibly quick, it took less than 5 minutes to get everything squared away. Very friendly and helpful employees, something that seems to be harder to find these days!

They are likely to have what you need, just be prepared to pay 2-3x the price. Went in for a garden hose male fitting. They wanted $11.99, drove down the street to homedepot and the same thing was $4.59. I dont mind paying a little more to support local businesses and I know everything is going up in price.But knowing HD's prices also went up, the difference here is excessive.
