Over price parking. As high as rent is parking should be included. It's dangerous trying to find parking in surrounded areas. SMH ?

Had to leave due to new ownership not renewing leases, but they handled my departure very well. Lived here for two years and loved it. Beautiful space, good office staff, responsive maintenance team. About the best you can get for the money.

Pricing is good. I do like living here but the noise coming from up stairs late at night some nights is not a fun thing to try to sleep to. Otherwise usually a chill place and I’m comfortable and enjoy my time living at Vangard Lofts. I don’t know if there is a standard quiet time but if there is it would be nice if people followed it so I do not hear loud music from the floor above my apartment. Other than that I have had no problems and like the loft life.

Overall I love my Unit. For the price, it’s hard to beat the space. I’ve been here over a year now and I’ve definitely come to call it home. I just wish I couldn't hear my neighbors so much.

I really liked these loft/apartments. I never lived here but I visited someone who lived here and I loved the vibe that the building had. It felt upscale even with with the brick, which I typically wouldn't like. Great job with the upkeep and the pricing based on size.

I would say it's been a pleasant experience. I enjoy the staying on the floor I stay on, which is Floor 2. I cant wait until my call box is fixed so I can buzz my guests in stead of walking downstairs.

I can't stand it. The noise from the club comes right through the walls. It's unbearable. Change of management 6 months ago and they care about the rent they make off of the club more than they do their tenants. They promised it would stop but that is a joke. Don't move here.

Don't listen to anything before this post. There is a huge nightclub that blasts vulgar music that you can hear curse words through the windows nightly. DONT LIVE HERE IF YOU LIKE SLEEPING. The Lofts at 1 Thousand has better choice of who they lease to.

I love my apartment. The exposed brick and wood (vinyl plank) looks amazing. My apartment is a one bedroom and is super spacious. It is extremely close to my school, I am literally 150 steps away from my school building. The view of Washington Ave. is beautiful. I couldn't be happier.

Jean is absolutely wonderful. Love the place. Excellent location in Downtown. Parking ismore secure than most others. Highly recommended. Gym, game room, washer and dryers are free for residents. Dual elevators. Open ceilings. Brick walls.

I am recently moving back to St. Louis from the West Coast and have made it a point to look at as many lofts as I can. I’m excited about what is happening downtown. I visited the Vangard it has been my favorite for several reasons. The property manager was very responsive & friendly. The walk up was clean and inviting and the apartment was down right cute as can be. The manager there was very accommodating and generous in showing me apartments that would get the best light and that showed me that my needs mattered and would be taken seriously. This is also one of the better priced lofts for the money. I’m very surprised that many buildings are referring to themselves as upscale. Upscale to me is not only amenities but the quality of service received. I’d give Vangard and A+ for sure. It’s still my first choice so far.
