Katie and Vic did an amazing job designing and installing our master bath closet, laundry room and pantry organizers. Katie made a lot of unusable space usable again. We have so much more storage space than we had with our old design. Vic was meticulous on the install and was willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We would highly recommend them. They were a great team to work with and delivered a quality product.

Closet Factory is awesome! I highly recommend this team of talented people if you are looking to customize your closets. Lindsey Worth, the Designer, was professional, knowledgeable, and flexible. She had great ideas and suggestions for my specific requirements and space. She worked with me on price and could not have been more helpful! The installer, Adem, was top-notch. He is an expert craftsman and made sure every detail was perfect.

I just had my bedroom closet redone by The Closet Factory! It’s not a large closet but now my closet is well organized. Peter, the installer, was the best!!! The job he did was A+ and there was nothing to clean up when he left the job. He took pride in doing an excellent job. If I do more closets I’d ask for Peter to come back!

We did a whole house remodel and the only work that was done perfectly, with no issues, was our master walk in closet made by Closet Factory. I recently had my closet and laundry/mudroom customized by Closet Factory. The journey started off with a consultation with Linsey Worth who is amazing and pays attention to details. She didn’t view me as just another client. She was very thorough in explaining everything in details. She took measurements numerous times for accuracy. She asked the right questions based on her assessment of everything that needed to be stored in the closet. She presented many options to me but understood my budget. Rob R was my installer and did an amazing job customizing my closet and laundry/mudroom. He was very nice and professional the entire time. My job took two days because I was getting two rooms completed. If you are ever in need of anything customized at your home, please ask for Lindsey. We are happy with the work and it is life changing when you get a custom closet and can see all of your belongs in the right places.

I am overjoyed with my new closet! Katie helped me design my dream closet with all the bells and whistles I wanted! Vic installed it all to make my dream come true. He was truly a master at his work. It is more stunning than I could have ever imagined. The quality is fantastic with thick, sturdy materials. My closet may be tiny but she is so pretty.

This is the best place for custom storage. They are so thoughtful in both form and function - the designs are great and the really look for ways to maximize space, and minimize costs. They have helped me squeeze every last inch of storage in our home which doesn't have amazing space to work with! Candice is the absolute best, and Peter (installer) was so professional last week at our linen closet install. Ask for Candice when you call!

We have an McBride Home -an Ashford and just had the kitchen pantry customized for additional storage- especially a place to keep the vacuum cleaner. We absolutely love it. Jessica Neuman from The Closet Factory was wonderful to work with, and our installer was pleasant, and fast, and did a wonderful job. (We moved the food pantry into the laundry room double door closet to give us more pantry space there - I think that is the next to be customized).
