I’ve been fortunate enough in my life to donate a couple of quality (adult sized) bikes to BWorks. It gives a person that “warm fuzzy” feeling inside. The sale of adult bikes helps finance the kids’ Earn-A-Bike program. Here’s how “Earn-A-Bike” works… “Over the course of six, two-hour sessions with our dedicated instructors, students hone basic bike maintenance and safety skills. They earn a refurbished bike, lock, lights and helmet upon successful completion of the course.”
I’ve also found items I needed, such as helmets, lights, mini-pump (frame pump) and a floor pump at prices that have to be seen to be believed. I’m proud to cycle around St. Louis wearing a BWorks jersey made by Primal Wear.

They've been great! I love the bike I purchased there, as well as all of the great parts, service, and expertise I have encountered at Bworks.
Aside from my personal experiences as a retail consumer, they do WAY more than that. Their community programs have lasting impacts on people of all ages.

It's a well run organization providing a great service to our city. The staff are top notch, talented, knowledgeable, and polite. You can see the bike mechanics are fixing bikes for sale and to offer to kids, when you come enter. What you don't see are the teachers who are able to approach all kinds of learners with patience and respect and a passion for what they impart. Our son has loved his time learning and interacting here.

They did a great job replacing the tube on my e-bike and coaching me on the appropriate tire pressures to avoid future blowouts and wheel damage. Very much appreciated ?They do have a wide variety of used bikes to browse, as well.
