I've been banking here for 20yrs! Maybe longer, Pulaski Bank was ok and then Busey took over and Amazing service!Always!? I've never had a problem ,they even call you personally when something looks questionable? I personally have enjoyed banking with Busey and plan to continue

my mother recently sold her house and deposited the check, they said there would be a hold on it which was fine, But, then she wanted to pay off her car so I went in to the bank and talked to a male teller with black hair that sits at the first window that has chairs and asked if he could check to see if it was available yet, he looked and said yes, it's in there, and I asked so it's available? and he said yes, yesterday I went in to get $200 out so she could buy groceries and the female teller I was dealing with said there was only $65 available due to the hold, I told her that guy right there told me three days ago it was available, she got an attitude and just get repeating their hold policy and not addressing the fact that I was told it was available, I would have spoken with the manager but as he was dragging his feet I had to go to work, she calls today and this same teller tells her everything is now available and I asked if they apologized, she said this teller said she was sorry I didn't understand their hold policy clearly showing she wasn't listening when I told her the other told me it was available. I'm just sorry I bought them all pizza the day before.There was a response asking for my contact information so they could "address" this, sent them my email and 4 days later, no contact, and response was removed.

Been banking here since 2007 when used to be Pulaski. Never had issues. Super friendly staff , now that Busey has taken over its even better.

I use the drive thru 6 days a week and everyday the one working it is always pleasant, Alisa normally works and she always has a smile, she is quick and always asks if their is anything else she could help me with, 5 stars and two thumbs up

The other day I needed assistance with an issue for my 89 year old father. The request required the staff to deviate slightly from protocol, but rather than throw their hands up and say no, a staff member (can't remember her name but blond woman) stood up and said she'd try and help. She went to the manager, they took the time to do some extra security checks to protect my father but still take care of his banking needs. As well, they advised me on some issues that will help my dad. The kindness the staff showed in several ways was very commendable and if I lived in town I would have shifted my money to them. Thank you Busey Bank!

Lousy customer service. Twice now the ATM was out of money.You complain and get an attitude instead of an apology. Poor customer service and poor banking skills go hand in hand here. Left once before and came back due to location. I regret it.

Great place to be I come in with some friends they have a wonderful bosnain lady named Mensura that works as a banker very very helpful and can translate very good from English to bosnain ! Wonderful place
