Bath Fitter price was much lower than other competitor companies. Every staff I have spoken with are very professional and friendly. My question were answered. I had my tub removed and the space converted to a shower only. It looks beautiful. I recommend Bath Fitter to Remodel your project. Before and after pictures.

Joe was our installer and did a great job for installing our Bath Fitter enclosure over the stone tile shower we had before. Joe also installed an Oxford corner tower, towel bar, teak wood seat and brush nickel shower doors. All look great. We had to wait a day for our 24-inch shelf which Patty had Joshua come and install. Everything looks really nice and maintenance free compared to our previous stone shower.

We installed a Bathfitter to replace our old tub and worn out tile/grout of 15 years. The initial install was structurally solid, but we had a few concerns that required a follow-up appointment. Bathfitter's office staff and production manager - Keith - were attentive to our concerns They quickly scheduled a follow-up visit with one of their experienced technicians - Dean. Dean was amazing in answering all of our questions and why certain things appeared the way they did. Understanding the construct of our Bathfitter helped us manage our expectations. He optimized the installation further and provided the reassurance we needed to know that we received a high quality product. It was more expensive than our initial budget, but the lifetime guarantee, customer service, and transferable warranty will make it worth it for years to come! Of note, all personnel were professional, polite, and respectful of our property and requests - Patty (office admin), Keith (production manager), Chris (sales person), Mike (installer), Jonathan (plumber), and of course, Dean (master technician). Customer service is truly top-notch at this local company!

Very impressed with installers Mike and Travis, and plumber Brian! The whole process was finished in a full day and everything was efficient neat, and tidy. All were very professional and managed the process from start to finish. I love the end result!

We had Bath Fitter convert our tub/shower to a walk in shower. We are very pleased with the work that was done. It is beautiful!!!! John, the plumber and John, the fitter were very good. They were so polite. It really was done in one day. Just an overall great experience. Would recommend for anyone wanting to get their bathroom done.

One of our glass doors in our shower shattered and I called Bath fitters and talked to Alex. He said he would have someone come out at the beginning of next week to fix it. He was very understanding and helpful. He provided world class customer service. Thank you bath fitter!

Would have given a glowing review years ago, but from recent experiences we would recommend to proceed with caution and try to make sure the quality of the work is met from what was agreed with sales. Apparently communication from sales to install is not direct, as 4 or 5 subsequent visits were required to reach their one day bathroom installation pitch.

From sales to installation we were very happy with Bath Fitter. Salesman was very nice and not pushy at all; in fact he suggested a couple of things he didn't think we needed. Chris, our installer was very pleasant and accommodating. He did a remarkable job! We would definitely recommend using Bath Fitter.
