Ridiculous hours at this branch that has our safe deposit box. Open M-F from 10-4. How do those hours work if you actually have a job for which you need to be in office? Brooke was extremely helpful in setting up a checking account for my immigrant clients. She was upbeat, kind and most importantly patient. We hit a snag setting up with mobile apps but she called in her manager to help walk us through. Strong recommend Brooke at the Frontenac branch!

Met with a notary at this branch. Said he was scanning the notarized paperwork and filing with the bank. Three weeks later, follow-up shows that he did none of this. Says we needed to mail to the bank which we were in. Idiotic! Other branches have not been helpful either. Beware, of this bank!
