Everybody's always helpful. Prices seem to be a little more competitive than in the past. Its local. Stores always clean. Usually have what I'm looking for. I was surprised when I went to 1 location a week before Memorial Day and they didn't have any American Flags but went to another location and they had several sizes and varieties. Also the American Flags I bought were...MADE IN THE U.S.A! That's a huge selling point for me.

I love shopping there employees are absolutely amazing; so kind and helpful!!! Plus they were BBQ for customers today .And had great sale on things for your outside yard and patio. Plus the store is really clean

Called first to see if they had a lawnmower in stock. Employee put me on hold for over 5 minutes before returning to say the mower was in stock. I asked for the price and was put on hold for another 5 minutes. He sounded disgusted upon returning and gave me the price. I asked if I could use the Senior Citizen discount on the mower and he said very rudely that I would have to ask at the register. I went the next day and was told they didn't have that mower in stock . The manager said they never had that mower and then tried to sell me a mower that cost $200 more. I asked if I could get the Senior Citizen discount on that mower and she said that I would have to ask at the register. What has happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE ? I'm trying to spend money at your business and the employees are rude and don't want to help. I can see where they get it from as their manager is the same way. Note to Ace Hardware: you're not the only hardware store around!! I'll shop somewhere else !

Bill’s guidance was invaluable as he patiently helped me choose the right products for my needs. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, and his friendly demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable. It’s rare to find employees who go the extra mile like Bill does, and his dedication is truly commendable. I highly recommend Bill to anyone needing assistance at the ACE store. Most Ace stores I use greet me immediately and ask if I need help finding anything. Maybe I was there on an off day but I walked past associates who didn't say boo. So I wandered for a minute thinking I could find what I needed. I asked another associate who happened to be walking by and seemed put out that I was distracting him.
