Will give 5 stars! Love UPS! But the past 2 weeks I’ve been trying to go pick up my packages and they haven’t even got them ready yet. They were supposed to be delivered about 4 days ago and the driver pulled up and pulled off because I requested to pick it up… dumb me… I wished he would of just dropped em off while he was here but I understand he has a job todo! But overall I love ups and how fast and friendly they’ve always been!Keep up the good work guys thank youSteve ThompsonDirector Of Maintenance

Go to return an Amazon package with a QR code checked on website they state that you can “easily print mobile shipping labels and create new shipments from our self-service kiosks” so when I drive to the store that is out of the way on the door there is a paper that has been printed out that they don’t accept Amazon QR codes and that I would need to drive to Berry road in KC to send off this package that’s 45 minutes away.

To return an item and I have to drive all the way to Kansas City is garbage Amazon, or the UPS store in Saint Joe needs to be able to receive Amazon returns very unhappy

If you are delivering to a secure building and by chance are able to slip in, please, please, please just leave the package at the reciever's door. Why leave a note telling me you got into the secure building, but don't leave my package? It's already secured and locked, just set the package down at the door. Again, it's a s e c u r e building. I've seen packages delivered to my neighbors and they are left at their door. I hate having to track my package down for two or three days, when it was already right at my door!! But the ups delivery person decided I would like a note talking about my package rather than my actual package. Bottom line: if it's a secure building-secure meaning locked- just leave the dang package at the door.

Very poor service. Said a package was delivered but when I called main number they said it was sitting in st Joseph mo facility, ended up sending package back. Couldn't be more unhappy with treatment in local facility.A week after I posted this I received an email that my address was permanently blocked from receiving packages. No contact with anyone.

Avoid the blonde saddle bag at the front desk. This location is terribly inconsistent with returns. One day A QR code is ok and the next I'm told I need to drive to Kansas City for a return to the same merchant.It's as if... The person at the desk doesn't ACTUALLY CARE about CUSTOMER SERVICE.I didn't mind driving 15 miles with a throbbing back due to my bum back on the count of the suicide bomber in Afghanistan and extricating injured patients as a volunteer on the fire department.It was just the bad attitude of ol saddle bags at the desk who can't operate a printer.

I came in to see if my package had been dropped off by the driver and the rude lady at the counter, (who I watched yell at the previous customer) she snapped at me saying no I won't have any drivers until like 10pm. Fun fact I know most of the drivers that work there and it's her fault that they are out so late so instead of being rude and disrespectful how about using some customer service and just saying, I'm sorry they will not be in but we will do our best to get it to you as soon as possible. This place is awful and if it wasn't for FedEx management being just as bad I would never use them.

They need a full service counter. They can't help you ship anything just a drop off point. The app sucks, St Joseph needs a UPS store or a full time counter like FedEx.

Package was delivered to wrong address. When I contacted customer service three times I was told it had been delivered to my address.Luckily my neighbor is honest and got my package that had been delivered to his house to me.

Well I really don't have an interesting story to tell. I'm from out of town was staying here overnight and needed to mail a package back to Amazon. Amazon says I don't need a label just have them scan the QR code they sent me. I've never seen so many poor reviews on any place in my life. So I guess instead of going there and taking the risk. I am going to wait and mail it from another town.

Omg, The lady working in the evening at the front is possibly the most awful human I have ever dealt with. You could tell even the boss was scared to death of her to tell her she was wrong and she could not admit it! At least I don't have to see her anymore because we will go to FedEx because Nobody should be treated bad at a place your patronizing.
