This is my first time using Hertz, and wouldn’t you know it that this location is closed! I booked online, and got a confirmation email 2 days prior to picking up the car. I called hertz “customer service” to find new arrangements, after sitting on hold for 20 minutes, they advised me I would have to drive to Kansas City Airport and pay double the price of my original reservations. They said they didn’t have the ability to honor the price that they offered me online. I booked reservations with Enterprise, since Hertz was unwilling to resolve the issue reasonably. Hertz is a garbage company, and will never rent from them.

Bill at Hertz was a pleasure to work with. Very efficient and hassle-free. The vehicle we drove was very nice, clean, and well maintained. Would undoubtedly use Hertz again over any other. Thank you for making our vacation memorable!

I reserved my car online when I got there 30 minutes early to pick it up I was informed someone else had a hold on the car I reserved and that it would probably be a few hours to get another one. Never again!!

The best place to go if you ever want to rent a car... I have nothing bad to say about Hertz all the people are Friendly, Kind, and very Polite...They will do there best to put you in a car... Awesome place... Please rent a vehicle from Hertz...

The driver is always late, the cashier never has a clue what was going on and the management is more unprofessional as the staff. I am giving them one star because google won't let me give them 0. This is one place I will never pay another penny to. If you are wise you won't either.

Awful just awful. This place is just famous for telling you one thing over the phone and then surprising you when you go to pick up the car. About 6 months ago I got into a wreck and needed a car for the week. I explained exactly how my insurance worked to the manager and I was told I would need NO money down and I pay when the car is returned. With that I was glad because I was going to be able to pay my deductible and pay for the car after getting paid on Friday. I get there and I am being told that they wouldn't able to rent the car because I would have to pay for the whole week upfront. Throughout the week of having friends giving me rides and taking public transportation all my drivers told that this place was notorious for doing things like this. Despite all of this six months later I thought I would be forgiving and give them a second chance. My friend and I had a conference out of town and thought it would be better to rent a car instead of taking our older cars on a 500 mile drive. As my friend went to get the car she was given the surprise of additional fees that the workers there failed to mention. After I got that call I told her we should just risk it and take my car. This just isn't right. Telling a customer one thing over the phone and surprising them when they get there is a very poor way of doing business. Not only that but not even bothering to work around it like most managers do when one of their employees lie to a perspective customer. If I ever need a rental vehicle I will walk, take a cab, I will even hitchhike before even considering using this company again.
