I gave it 5 stars but... Can't use gift cards to buy gift cards or refill cards. And I didn't feel welcome because I decided not to buy anything but in retrospect the lady was nice I also went to cool smoke shoppe next door and bought a grinder

I recently had a disappointing experience at GameStop that I feel compelled to share. Not only was the service subpar, but it seems that one of the best employees, Collin, is not getting the shifts he deserves.I used to be a regular customer at GameStop, largely due to the excellent service provided by Collin. He was always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. However, on my recent visit, I was disappointed to find that Collin was not there.The employee who assisted me was not nearly as helpful or friendly as Collin, and seemed to be more interested in getting me out of the store as quickly as possible. I was disappointed that the level of service had declined so drastically, and it made me question whether or not I will continue to shop at GameStop in the future.What is even more frustrating is that I have heard from other customers that Collin is not getting the shifts he deserves. It's a shame that such a great employee is not being utilized to his full potential, and it makes me wonder what other great employees are being overlooked by GameStop.Overall, I was extremely disappointed by my recent experience at GameStop. Not only was the service lacking, but it seems that the company is not recognizing and utilizing its best employees. Until GameStop makes some changes, I cannot recommend this store to others. Bring back Collin and give him the shifts he deserves!

called to ask for help with game console store clerk said call nintendo. So you work at the store and have zero product knowledge lol gamestop should really train there employees. With everybody using online and Amazon you would think they do better training. But when this store shuts down because lack of business you can pinpoint ignorant things like this.

5 Stars, best GameStop I've been to in a while. I was immediately given an extraordinary greeting from Kyle before I even fully walked in the door. His kind demeanor and interactive questions made me feel as if he had known me personally. He did an excellent job and if I didn't live on the other side of the country, this would be my new primary store for SURE!

This is a nice clean location. Everything was neat, arranged and nicely laid out.There was one female employee working and she was really nice and trying to be helpful, but ended up being a bit too aggressively helpful. I had a list of about 20 things I was specifically looking for, and that's not something anyone can assist with, no matter how many times you ask. Sometimes you just gotta let the customer shop.Checkout was great, applied my membership and discounts without issue.

I got two per-orders couple of months ago for my birthday from some family in Iowa. I went to this GameStop to actual cancel both because I owned one and didn’t need the other. I was looking just for a refund. One guy told me he would’ve been able to help me but the store would be closed soon so it would be best if I came another day.The next day I come in and get told by some army jacket employee that I couldn’t get a refund as if the preorder was out of state, so it couldn’t happen/work. The other employee there calls the GameStop in Iowa, the people in Iowa say they I can go ahead and get my refund. I was frustrated because of how I was dealt with. But at the end of the day I got my money and some people here were sweeter than others. PS, the place needs some cleaning. The walls were ripping apart it seemed. Something out of a horror game.

GameStop is great on most days in a good way people come in and out of there daily and sometimes they don't have what I'm looking for which isn't their fault but all together the store is amazing.
