We got a flat tire on the interstate. Called the shop and spoke with Joshua. Super nice and helpful from the beginning. We brought the tire in . It was a snowstorm so they were pretty backed up. He let us know the wait time was going to be 90 minutes kept us informed the whole time. Got us in and out quicker than expected, we were out within 60 minutes. I would HIGHLY recommend Joshua and his team of guys to anyone looking for a friendly, helpful, knowledgeable shop!! My husband has been in the tire industry in Omaha his whole adult life. His statement was - this is how you take care of people. Anyone in the St Joe area has a great tire dealer and is more than happy to take care of you.

Top notch! Highly recommended!!AA-Jay Trevino, store manager,is great! I had an experience with my key that got broken. He suggested and place to get a new key. I brought back my receipt and he fully refunded me!

Best place to get your new tires. They are reliable efficient. I do recommend you make an appointment. This will cut your wait time down dramatically, all the store I've been in they have all been clean, well-maintained well staffed. They sell quality brand name tires at reasonable pricing. Free air check, and always flats are fixed free of charged.

Looked up the tires I wanted online and found them cheaper at Walmart and I gave Discount Tires to match or beat the price which they did now our Durango is all ready for Winter Snow Storms.

Went in with a hole in my tire. They inspected the rest. I had another with a gash in it that was under warranty as well. They replaced 2 and I purchased a 3rd. They are always helpful and considerate. If you get something in a tire they will plug it for free. Even of you didn't buy any tires from them.

The employees here are super helpful and friendly. Over the multiple times I’ve purchased tires here I have never been pressured to purchase. I will continue to shop here as long as I live in the area.

The boys' there are awesome and as busy as this place is they are well organized, polite, and knowledgeable!!!!I bought tires on a Friday for my 2001 saturn. Then, I decided to buy specific for my van. They ordered them they were there that night. Saturday morning, they installed them absolutely incredibleI also travel for a living and Discount Tire is easily available if I have a problem.

Ordered tires online and was about ten minutes early for my appointment when I pulled in the parking lot. An attendant met me when I got out of the car and confirmed the appointment then pulled the car in to a stall.

They honored a warranty on brand new tires from another car we no longer have. New car got a hole they couldn't fix but since the warranty was still good on my brand new tires the replaced my new car's tire for free. Thank you Discount Tires!
