MY TESTIMONY is that Curves is The best workout for diabetics!!! Build muscle- burn fat - low impact - 30 minutes. We do enough, no more no less.

Owners Ginna and Diane go out of their way to make this Curves the best of the best. Their entire staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They also always encourage us and coach us. I have been a member for over four years and LOVE it.
