We have been customers for about 2 years. They are rude at times and they say that we are off a week with our payments even though we make sure to pay. We have it automatically taken out of the account and when it comes time to take out, it don’t so we get a phone call saying that our payment is past due. Now we have to pay late fees and try to play the catch up game. It never ends. It’s always something with them. I don’t recommend going through them!

Terrible customer service. Dirty. Bed bugs in the pre owned furniture and way to expensive. I was told the furniture I was buying was 1500, turns out it was 2600. Terrible experience.

Typically we have not had an issue with Aaron's. We have two items from them and we pay on time. Today I received a phone call saying that the payment did not go through. I told them I will give them an updated card number and they didn't seem to understand that I was trying to make the payment. They continued to belittle me and tell me I don't know what I'm doing. After stating that I have the money in the account, they realized that they were still trying to process it with the incorrect card. The card finally got processed and I stated that what I thought. The gentleman got upset and hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak with a manager, they hung up on me and would not give me a manager. This was extremely unprofessional and very rude to the customer. Until such behavior is corrected, I will not do business with them anymore and I will not recommend them anymore.

They were very rude told me to move out from in front of building in the shade said you are in fire lane and the cops will come give u ticket really I'm out in the heat no air-conditioning then the girl that I took their the one guy was rude to her I told her I wouldn't do business with these people they have no respect for elderly
