They kept sending me letters in the mail and was unsure what was going on. When i called to ask who they were and what they wanted, it was a sales pitch. I asked the guy to take me off the mailing list and to stop contacting me, he was aggressive, telling me i didn't know what i had or needed for my car. Then when i asked again, he hung up on me. Super unprofessional, scammers and i'd highly recommend ignoring all information they send to you via mail as it's junk mail.

I have been worked side by side with the best Brokers in the industry. They never stop, they always want to help their clients, and most of all they are hands down the best team to have standing behind you when your standing at the repair center! They will take care of you. National Auto Allinace is the place to be!

Trying to invoke false urgency and immediate action to try and get new customers is dirty and bad business practice. It's a nasty ploy that im sure will unfortunately get many people. Scum bags

Well versed staff. I had their coverage almost a year and my engine light came on. I didn’t know the process so I contacted their customer care and they walked me through the claims process very easily. Great group to work with.
